Introducing Villa Penny, Our 3 Bedroom private pool villa based in Seminyak!

This villa is located just off Jl Mertanadi, walking distance to a number of Seminyak's popular eating spots such as Gusto Gelato, Naughty Nuri's, Ingka & many others. This villa is a short walk to Sunset Road, Jl Kayu Aya (Eat Street), Jl Raya Seminyak & Petitenget

Other popular tourist destinations such as Legian Street, 66 & Kuta Beach are just a short taxi ride.

The space:
This large 3 bedroom villa is just walking distance to some of Seminyak's most popular tourist areas, whilst quietly tucked away from the busy hustle & bustle of Bali.

Pretty much anything you need is walking distance or a short cab ride from the villa.

The villa consists of 3 large air conditioned bedrooms each with Cable TV, Wifi, private bathroom & extremely comfortable hotel style bedding.

The living area and kitchen is open plan living overlooking the garden and private swimming pool.

The swimming pool is located next to a private gazebo lounge where you can relax and enjoy a cool drink after a nice swim.

Guest access:
There is fast speed WiFi access throughout the villa (50+mbps) and Cable TV Channels in all rooms for guests to enjoy.

Fresh linen, bath towels, beach/pool towels and soap all provided.

A fully equipped kitchen & amenities with gas stove, fridge, freezer, rice cooker, toaster, hot water, mineral water dispenser & ample cookware, tableware, & cutlery.

There are many laundries close by the villa where you can organise laundry to be done. The villa also has a washing machine which you're welcome to use should you wish to do your own laundry, just purchase your own washing liquid from one of the local convenience stores.

This villa comes with free drinking water for guests.

This villa also includes a cleaning service every 2 days, if you do not wish for the villa to be cleaned a particular day please notify us.

The villa is fully secure with safety boxes for personal items & 24 hour CCTV.

Please note: As we are generally fully booked, we are unable to provide early check in or late check out.

Breakfast delivery can arranged at the villa (Go Jek and Grab Food are cheap to use and have many options)

FREE Airport pick up is included for all guests staying 3 days or longer.

For guest staying less than 3 days, a private driver can be arranged for your airport transfers for 250k IDR each way (Approx $25 Aud)

Baby cot and high chair are available upon request, FREE OF CHARGE.

Laundry service can be arranged.

Massages can be arranged at the villa.

Bike rental is also available at the villa, price depending on availability.
