The room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff were always very friendly, and the housekeeping lady was also nice—I requested not to have my room tidied for two days, and every day she left a bag of new towels for me, I’m very thankful for that.

Decent value

Decent business hotel for the price. Lobby is clean and staff are friendly. Room is decently sized and clean. Only downside is the location which is about a 10 minute walk away from either Kita Sendai Station or the subway

30 mins away fon foot rom the Sendai main station. but the price is very cheap and two senior staff welcomed us warmly. We had driven to the hotel and parked nearest coin-parking are but it costed only 300yen.

Rooms are VERY basic. We stayed for one night and moved to another hotel. Staff were pleasant enough however speak no English. Was within walking distance of a supermarket but is a bit removed from restaurants/shopping etc.

Best budget business hotel experience

Spacious room for a Japanese business hotel. Very clean and quiet. The sound proof window kept the traffic noise out from the big street below so I was able to sleep well. 10min walk to Kita Sendai subway station. Excellent staff.
