We have never been to hotel with such a high level of service ; every employee that we met no matter where it was whether in the elevator walking outside or just in the lobby, asked if he can help us with anything if we need any special services or just a quick hi. The stuff the executive lounge were also extremely friendly, helpful and pure joy to be around. I really think this hotel is something extraordinary.

This Four Seasons property doesn’t disappoint! It’s polished with amazing service and great amenities. The best hotel gym I’ve ever experienced! The breakfast is also incredible. Rooms are great - clean, sophisticated and spacious. Highly recommend staying here!

Just wrapped up a ten night stay here and it was amazing. This is the first time I’ve left a hotel and not thought, “I can’t wait to sleep in my own bed.” Seriously, it was the best hotel stay of my life. Don’t get me started on the mattress and water pressure. Highly recommend their restaurants, Boccalino and Maru. The service was consistently outstanding and the food was delicious. And lastly, a shout-out to the housekeeping staff as well. Our room was extremely clean and well stocked, and the daily gifts during turndown service were something that we always looked forward to. I 100% got what I paid for and I hope to be able to stay there again one day. 10/10

Disappointed with my first four season visit

Difficult to access location. Facility was a bit outdated. Due to political demonstrations, there were no taxis operating. Near city center where there are numerous events and political demonstrations occurring. Traffic slow and sometimes at a crawl. Community around the hotel was old and rundown.

This is a beautiful hotel! We loved our room it had plenty of space and double sinks in the bathroom, which we really like. It was amazing service… every staff member was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. I especially loved our waitress in the morning at Maru restaurant, she remembered how we like our coffee and was so very nice.

The four seasons brand is a good value, however gone are nearly all the perks; if you book through Expedia. The hotel had availability for a room upgrade but said “that is reserved for guests who book directly and not through a third party”. We as travelers need to unite, the hotel and hospitality chains said during Covid “no turndowns“ so they’re removing more and more services and we are still paying for less services. They simply must be stopped.

Gym for local members and no teen athletes allowed

The service in general was great but there was no information, or even mention at check-in, about age limitation for the gym. I have teenage competitive-athletes from the US. We picked this hotel based on the amazing review on the gym and pool. Most of 5 star hotels (or other Four Seasons) have rules of adult supervision under 16, which we understand. The hotel’s gym says no-one under 16 and they explained that regular local members don’t want the teens (in my case teen athletes). This was so absurd to begin with but the reason was even worse. We stayed for 6 days and dealt with anxiety of not regularly working out in Seoul. We will stay else where next time and high recommend our friend with teen athletes not to stay here.

It's a great location in Seoul. There's a nice river walk just a few blocks away. It's not too far to Myeongdong, but also doesn't have the hustle and bustle of that area, either. The hotel also has a great hidden "Speakeasy" bar. You'll have to ask in order to find it. This was our second stay there.
