I was impressed with the helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff, most especially with Mr. Harry Hong and Boyeon Choi. Mr. Hong and Ms. Choi provided me with helpful answers to my questions and gave me information about the local area. In summary I'm pleased with my stay at Hotel Cappuccino, and I'm planning to stay there again when I return to South Korea.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Simple clean and rooms, very comfortable beds. Lots of communal space to work or just hang out, roof top bar, small but functional gym and a washer and dryer on premises.

Advertised as a boutique hotel with attention to detail, our experience fell short of expectations. The room we selected, which was not a basic category, lacked essential amenities and offered a disappointing version of what one would expect from a boutique design hotel. Several issues highlighted the gap between marketing and reality: we discovered two spiders and their webs in the room (indicating poor housekeeping), the bathroom blinds couldn't be fully lowered due to the window handle obstructing them (a clear design flaw), and the service was mediocre at best.

This was one of the most comfortable hotels I've booked on my solo trip. The room was clean, spacious and had many little amenities around. There's a cafe on the first floor to visit early mornings, convenient for people shifting through timezones and can't wait for 11am cafe's to open. Quiet, peaceful. It has bus stops nearby, close to a subway station and there's an airport shuttle across the street. Overall comfortable and glad I chose to stay here.

Could not fault it, staff were lovely. Hotel was amazing, cafe was well worth it in the mornings, and a wonderfuly place to sit and sort out your day. Rooftop bar was a let down, limited seating, very compact, but lovely none the less. The rooms you could not fault, they really utalised every small bit of space, the bed was built in and extremly comfy. Smart tv so we could watch netflix, the shower was better than any other hotel, the pressure was perfect for a rainfall shower. Honestly would not wished for anything more, we were here for two weeks and we knew we were paying for a small room but we managed fine with all the space.

Convenient for accessing public transportation, the subway is a few minutes walk away (though very deep and takes a few sets of escalators to get down to platform). There is also a bus stop with frequent buses which we ended up using on most days. The room is not very spacious as expected, merely the hallway and no space around the bed. The washroom is with a mirror sliding door. When closed it conceals the toilet but the shower is see through from the room. No issues with noise, overall decent stay!

Lovely space, perfect for us as a couple. Large bed in corner made us feel cozy like in a private den. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating with language barrier. Would love to stay again next time!
