We love staying at Hotel Manu because it’s walking distance from Seoul Station and close to many other stations/markets/tourist attractions/etc. We’ve stayed at this hotel twice within 2 years and have made great memories here with our family. We have even tried the food at Seoulista and got a spa treatment at The Cell this time and it was great! I also want to add that my husband loves staying at this hotel because it has a gym which many hotels in Korea don’t have that is within our budget. The only downside about this hotel is that it doesn’t have a laundry facility but we made do with washing our clothes in the shower or going to the laundromat that’s walking distance from the hotel. Other than that, we will definitely be staying at this hotel again when we visit Korea next time!

Location, location, location. Convenient hotel to Seoul Station- around 0 minute walk (exit near Lotte Mart-Exit 1; facing road/bus stops turn left and walk for about 5 minutes till see outdoor elevator; take to 2nd floor and walk along sky garden towards Namdaemun,arrive at hotel within 3 minutes). Twin bed room was small but sufficient. Strong water pressure; good A/C, nice heated toilet, refrigerator with 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. Hotel nicely stowed our luggage as we arrived before check in; they also held our luggage when we took a 2 night excursion to another city and came back to stay afterwards for another night. Service was fine although could be more welcoming and attentive. No front desk service from 2am-6am. Seoul station houses the Arex train from from the Incheon airport, KTX trains to other cities (e.g. Busan), taxis, etc. Shopping and food also abundant in and around Seoul station. Also very walkable to Myeongdong- about 15 minutes.

Good location in Seoul to access station and access a number of interesting sights. It's easily accessible from Seoul station "if u know how", but even with Naver its awkward to get to if you don't have the knowledge. I would recommend the hotel owners to upload a map with directions of how to get there from Seoul station! The room was a bit dated (needs some minor repairs). Otherwise facilities and cleanliness was reasonable. Do note it you are coming from the metro station, there are loads of homeless people in the metro near the exit. Was a bit of a shock but wasn't. particularly unsafe.

Excellent except the breakfast

Very well located for public transportation and shopping, very friendly staff. Clean and quiet, comfortable. Breakfast is not recommended though - not western, not Korean, a simple fusion set menu not worth the money. Overall the hotel is highly recommended.

We chose this property for its proximity to Seoul Station, so we could take the train to the airport easily. This turned out to be a great idea, as we could actually check in our luggage and go through immigration very smoothly at the station. The area itself is not super charming, but you do have great access to transportation and direct access to the Seoullo overpass. Our room was small but clean, quiet and comfortable, and the staff spoke good English. We had chicken and beer at the restaurant downstairs which was really good. I'd book it again if I'm staying in the same area.
