It was in a good location with a decent cafe, a convenience store at the ground floor, and the subway just steps away. Requested additional pillows because there was only 1 pillow for each person but we were told there were none available. Overall, a pleasant experience and would book again in the future.

At the time the property was not running the air conditioning in the rooms. It was a warm weekend and opening the windows to sleep was not good either since there was traffic noise. The property did not have a fan for use either. I will stay here again only when the air conditioner is working in the building.

Best Residence Hotel in Downtown Seoul Area

The Residency is located only 1 minute away from subway station no.5, and only a stop away from the famous KyungBokGung Palace. The apartment was clean and spacious with lots of dining & cafe options around. I really recommend this place!

Very spacious and heated wooden floor/no carpet... this is good enough reason for me to book this hotel more than couple of times. However Hereโ€™s cleaning has big room to be improved.. Dishs and pot/pan were still oily, floor was sticky, dust on closet etc...

Rooms need updating but fair price

The serviced residence is a little bit worn but the price is acceptable for the standard in Seoul. Rooms are spacious and has the expected facilities of an apartment - washing machine etc. Location is great with the subway really nearby and some food options around makes it a worthwhile place to consider staying at. The sofa and chairs need updating as they are worn and do not look clean.

Great stay! One block away from the station, super convenient go get to myeongdong or hongdae. Nice and spacious room for me and my friend, had 4 large suitcases. Awesome cleaning lady, she gave us extra towels and water. The only awkward thing was she came in when we were sleeping, but still super sweet! The beds are comfortable, just the pillow doesnโ€™t have much support, pretty flat. Loved how I could do laundry in my room! Overall great stay, will definitely come back again!

I liked it's location, the fact that it was near tourist spots yet it was quiet. With the police buildings around, it was set in a safe area too. The combined clothes washer dryer, microwave and stove in the room made my stay a lot easier.
