Only given 2 towels for a 4 night stay. It is a contactless stay so didn’t know how to get more. The lock on the train car was very difficult to use, other than that was a nice stay.

Staff were responsive to my texts. Decor is adorable. Only removing one star because it's cold in a metal box in the late fall and winter. My one suggestion is thicker bedding! We have to raid the extra blankets in the communal space when we stay.

What kept the stay from being almost perfect was the lumpy, worn out foam mattress that caused my spine to get out of alignment. The awful foam mattress really needs to be replaced in the Lavender caboose, and most people prefer innerspring mattresses. Also needs some deep cleaning, the fridge/freezer needed to be cleaned and defrosted, and some cobwebs inside.
