Great host, very helpful and excellent communication. The place is well suited for families with young kids, because of its proximity to the land of legends (theme park). However, the villa is in a new development and away from town, see pictures below. Ideally, one should rent a car as this place is far from just about anywhere you would want to go. You can walk to the small town near it (Kadriye), but there was no sidewalks in parts and cars do drive fast. The pool is not heated, so we didn't use it, there were also some algae starting to grow in the pool. We lost power and water for a bit, which i attributed to inadequate or lack of building codes, in both cases the owner or his parents were able to fix the issue in a timely manner. You should also be careful with the stairs, as they are marble with no anti slip features. My brother in-law slipped and twisted his ankle on the first day, fortunately the sofas turned into bed and thats where he slept for the duration, which meant we were tied to his sleep schedule.
