It includes a living room with a sofa bed (160 cm), television, and a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine). The bathroom, with sink and shower, is adjacent to the toilet. The entrance area contains two single beds and storage space. The apartment also includes a parking space (no. 466), secured by an electric gate and an on-site caretaker, as well as a bicycle storage area within the residence. Pets are not allowed.
