Second time at the hotel. Feel like they are penny pinching now as they have stopped offering complementary coffee in the morning instead making you now pay $7 kyd for a coffee and also the bottled water at the entrance is now a token effort that is gone in minutes. The pool was crystal clear last year but this year it’s cloudy which for a hotel with no beach is a little disappointing. However the staff were great and the rooms are clean

This is our second stay at the Cayman Marriott. We truly enjoyed our stay. The entire team from the front desk to the pool assistants to the restaurant and bar staff both on the Vista and in the Den were wonderful. The spa and retail shop attendants were helpful and super nice. We watched this entire group work so well together to make our stay wonderful. Housekeeping was very accommodating and provided extra towels and room cleaning as needed. We were greeted with a smile everywhere we turned on the property. The team deserves a 10+ for extraordinary service. Marriott should be proud of this group. The management that assembled this team has done a great job. The team at the bar was a joy to watch. Ciceidio was a wonderful leader there and his smile was infectious for those around him. We will be back and thank you Cayman Marriott for making our stay so great!

The property is beautiful, exceptionally comfortable, and conveniently located near everything. The staff is outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. My only suggestion would be to consider adding a sneeze guard for the pastries in the lobby coffee shop to enhance food safety.

Our family stayed 4 nights at the Summer House by Marriott. We had a phenomenal experience. The people were very friendly from the check in with Amanda at the front desk to the Door-men like Grant. The food was excellent. The grounds were ver well maintained. We would certainly stay there once again.

We recently stayed at The Grand Cayman Marriott Resort. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Our room was very clean and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed by the lack of entertainment and adult-focused activities. When we arrived on Sunday, there was a fun afternoon party that gave us high hopes — but unfortunately, the rest of the week fell flat. We were expecting more in terms of engaging activities like karaoke, happy hour socials with music, or simple games like bingo or Uno to help guests connect and enjoy themselves. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. Overall, our stay was just okay. It didn’t feel like a fun or memorable vacation, and for that reason, we’ve decided we won’t be returning to this resort.
