Elegant and Luxurious 2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment Located at The Grove, Seven Mile Beach Corridor.

The Grove is conveniently located only steps away from Seven Mile Beach with easy beach access located directly in front of the property or just a short walk to Public Beach. If you prefer you can stay on property and enjoy the property's private rooftop infinity plunge pools with swim up bars and BBQ areas with outdoor seating

The Space:
The apartment also receives a lot of sunlight throughout the day due to being south/west facing but you can easily reduce the amount of light coming in with blackout blinds. The master bedroom has a very plush and comfortable king sized bed with ensuite luxury bathroom with a walk-in shower and walk-in closet with built in shelving.

There is also a pull out queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

65" 4K Smart TV sin both the living and bedroom, High Speed Fibre Internet (50 Mbps) and Logic Cable TV.

Washer/dryer inside the unit.

The property also provides 24 Hour Security Services for your peace of mind.

Gym – The Grove has The Rec Room Gym that offers Private and Membership Gym.

The Private Gym has an exquisitely designed boutique training facility, individual private luxury therapy rooms and The Cayman Islands first red-light room and cryotherapy chamber. Individuals need to prebook or make an appointment with different prices for members and non-members.

The luxury membership gym (expected to be open on the 3rd week of June 2023) comprises of elite level training equipment and innovative fitness classes taking place in three high-end and beautifully detailed training studios with an annual membership fee.

If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.

Mykonos Steak Club is currently undergoing renovations and will be closed until October 9, 2025.

Fabulous Condo near Beach

We had a great time at this gem of a condo! The condo is located in a complex with great restaurants and is right across the street to a beautiful sandy beach. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and pool noodles are available to use for your beach going needs. The only missing for your days out is a cooler for food and drinks. The living space is comfortable. There is a regular coffee pot (a must!), plenty of dishes and kitchen items for eating in. Location is great too. Located in the middle of 7 mile so you are close to lots of beaches if you want to explore. I would highly recommend this place!

7 Mile Vacation

Property very clean, they had beach toys for kids and all the beach day trip activities. Great location, literally across the road from 7 mile. would stay here again if we go back to Grand Cayman. Also, property management group was extremely easy to communicate with. They are on the ball and made the whole process and stay very smooth.

Elegant and modern 2 bedroom/ 2 bath penthouse unit in the Grove. Beautiful decor, end unit, no noise. Private assigned parking underground so the car never got too hot. Secure building with friendly staff. Restaurants (Mykonos, the bakery) and onsite convenience store meant we never had to go to the grocery. Short walk to Governor's beach, and the public beach near the Seafire. Tried to book again for March 2025 but the unit was already booked!

This was the BEST stay ever! The condo is well laid out and has everything you need onsite! The location is perfect, right across from a beautiful beach with a grocery store, restaurant, and bar on the first level. There is a small pool and grill on the second level. Communication was flawless with quick responses to every question. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to make simple meals. We loved every minute here and hope to return asap!

Seven mile beach gem

The grove is located across the street from the beach! There is access to multiple restaurants and bars within the apartment complex. There is a gym and bike/kayak rental. Not to mention a grocery store and liquor store as well. The staff at the restaurants were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Luxury gem in the cayman 👌

The property and amenities are perfect. New, beautiful, spacious, with a perfect location, a 1 minute walk from Seven Mile Beach, with a grocery store, bakery, restaurant, all on the property. Very highly recommend.
