This condo has been fully remodelled & has all the necessities guests would need to enjoy a great vacation. The condo has gorgeous modern updates that are still cozy to make you and your family/friends feel right at home!

There is a large patio that overlooks the beach with great beach views that can be seen from the master bedroom and main living area. This condo is located on the 3rd floor, so is easy to access and in a great location that is steps away from the beautiful white sands of Seven Mile Beach with plenty of beach chairs for sunbathing.

Sunset Cove Resort is a fantastic property located on Seven Mile Beach, that is close to great restaurants, shops, coffee shops, beach bars & more. There is a large pool with a swim up bar, hot tub, children's shallow pool & restaurants on property. The beach area includes a protected swimming cove with a reef for great snorkelling.

Lovely apartment with balcony overlooking beach and ocean. It is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The community benefits from a nice pool with swim up bar and grill. The beach access is perfect, very nice for kids, with a sheltered swimming cove. Loungers provided, though they are not the most comfortable (our only criticism!).

Amazing unit! We've stayed in several units at sunset cove before and this one was, by far, our favorite. It's updated, clean and comfortable. The view from the lanai is awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach front view!

We stayed on this beautiful beachfront property. It has awesome closed in beach area for fun snorkeling and fun swim time. Also the pool was nice for the kids and pool bar was open all week long. The location was convenient with short walks to several restaurants and a short 5 minutes drive to grocery (Kirk Market) and Camana Bay.

Five star stay

Returned home last week after a beautiful stay in this condo. Everything was clean, updated and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with all the basics for cooking light meals. Helpful hints I don't think I read previously to our trip: the "walkable" portion of 7MB is about 0.7 miles from this condo, and we were able to walk to Fosters in Camana Bay for light grocery shopping. Great food nearby. Roosters were a bit noisy early morning, bring white noise or ear plugs!

Paradise for families!

Our stay at Sunset Cove exceeded our expectations. The unit was clean when we arrived, it had what we needed readily available, and the property, to us, was fantastic. We felt safe, everyone we met was friendly and helpful- it was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation property. We hope to be able to return soon! One -Week Family Vacation

Fantastic property in a prime location. My wife and I were traveling with our two adult sons and needed a larger rental for the week and this one fits the bill. The condo is spacious, well appointed and has a huge porch with prime views of the Caribbean Sea. The pool, spa, and on property swim up bar really make this place the perfect spot. The protected cove for swimming is perfect for swimming with small kids. You won’t find may places on this part of Seven Mile Beach with this kind of ocean access. The shore of the adjacent properties are very rocky and not suitable for swimming. Close to Georgetown, the airport, grocery stores, restaurants and bars, you don’t have to venture far to get what you need. I definitely recommend this property.

Amazing week at Sunset Cove

The condo was perfect for myself and my two older daughters. Beach was never crowded, beautiful cove to swim in and area quiet. When we had a question Justin and Heather responded quickly. We arrived early and they allowed us to drop our luggage in the condo while the cleaning lady did her thing. If you like to walk the beach, you would need to take the bus/taxi to a different part of seven mile beach as the areas around Sunset Cove are somewhat rocky and not walkable. This was no problem as the bus system is great. We actually liked staying in a quieter area with close access to grocery store and many restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Wonderful stay in paradise

We had a great time staying at this property. Condo unit was just as described and very comfortable for our family of four. Great view of beach area and so close to the pool. Enjoyed having morning coffee and evening cocktails on the spacious balcony with a million dollar view of the Caribbean Sea.
