Easy check-in. Unit was clean. The water was gorgeous. Loved having the access to just walk right out our back door to the water! Property manager was very nice. Backyard/beach area can feel a bit crowded when many of the people are out there. Would’ve been nice to have more kitchen utensils and cups/can holders for the beach.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. And the unit itself was clean, well appointed and with a walk out directly onto Seven Mile Beach what more could you ask for. I especially loved being within easy walking distance of many Seven Mile Beach amenities such as the Kimpton Resort.

Delightful

Delightful accommodations for a beach getaway. Plenty of sun, gorgeous sandy shoreline, and shade when you need it. We liked the location — toward the quieter end of the beach — but also appreciated the big hotel just a short walk away. The condo was clean and well equipped. The cleaners were thorough; and Marji, the property manager, was the best. So helpful and knowledgeable about the property and the island.

As advertised! Photos are just what you will get. A beautiful beach steps from your door in a safe quiet area. Suggest having a car as there is parking but nice to be able to explore as well. Marji was very helpful and you will love this place!

Overall, the property was great. Going room by room so you know what to expect. Bedroom- The bed is very small. It’s a full size bed. A queen size bed will be even better for two people. The current bed is very worn and not comfortable. The air conditioner in the bedroom does not get cold enough and when you use the fan, it is very loud. Bathroom- When you shower, the water leaks onto the bathroom floor And causes a bit of a flood. Hopefully this get fixed really soon. The kitchen is good everything that you would need. The living room is very spacious and bright, but the couch is very worn and sunken in. The patio is good, but the drying rack is broken so not usable. The entryways can do with a bit of cleaning so that the bugs do not pileup. I don’t know if I would stay here again, but maybe fixing these few issues would help.

Condo was clean and comfortable and well stocked. Views were great and you couldn’t ask for better beach access. Quiet community away from the overcrowded tourist area but close enough to enjoy the restaurants etc.

Marji was so nice, very accommodating and made the arrival easy as can be. The view, beach and water is second to none and you feel like you are on a private island. The property is quiet, bus rides are easy to any location and a few minute walk on the beach to the Kimpton. 10/10 stay and would absolutely come back!!

It was everything we hoped for and more. Quiet. Perfectly located. Ability to snorkel from the beach. Very peaceful, relaxing and away from the more active Georgetown but not too far away to drive in for dinner. We are already planning a return visit.

Overall, was a perfect trip. the beach is as advertised. water was spectacular.. Condo was awesome, and very well maintained.The only issue we had was the bed. Mattress was very uncomfortable, and noisy. Would highly recommend this property.

Great place with amazing views!

My wife and I spent our anniversary here and we absolutely loved it! The beach is amazing and the location is perfect. Very quiet! Speaking with the property manager Marj was easy and she replied back very fast with any concerns we had. Highly recommend this property for your trip to Cayman!

The property was clean, quiet, and our slice of paradise for a week. It was stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, beach towels, washer/dryer, etc. the beach was right off of our back porch and there were two beach chairs for us to use. The beach was clean and a short walk to Cocoloba for a drink/dinner. Marji, the property manager, was very informative. We had the best stay here. It was perfect!

Perfect rental on 7 mile beach

Can’t say enough about this condo. Fully stocked with everything you need on your trip. Great location on the quieter side of 7 miles beach. A peaceful place to just relax and enjoy the beach and water that is right out the door. Thanks for a great stay we will definitely be back

Great location with private beach

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. Great private beach and comfortable. When you choose your unit, be aware if you see the note about no children under 8, that only applies to certain units and not the entire property, as we thought. We had a downstairs unit, and if the upstairs guests are noisy, you will hear them very clearly. Would recommend though!

We had a great time here. The beach was beautiful and the sand it magical. It was very quiet which is what we were looking for. It’s not too far from a grocery store and a small cafe/restaurant which was nice. The beach is not busy, and we were fortunate enough to meet a few owners. One especially made our stay delightful and we enjoyed getting to know them!

White Sands

The beach and water were very nice although the beach was maintained rather haphazardly. Very quiet and peaceful outside. The unit however felt dark and grubby. The pillows on the bed need to be replaced so does the mattress. The bathroom fan is really annoying and there was no hot water in the shower. All the carpeting felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years. And it was dark inside.
