On the main (3-step) entry level you’ll walk through the kitchen/dining area into the main living area with soaring vaulted ceilings and the extra large windows.

Also, on the main level, you’ll find the master King suite, equipped with a full private bathroom, a 58” smart TV, and a large walk-in closet.

The laundry room is located on the main level as well as an additional half bathroom.

UPSTAIRS⬇️
Upstairs houses 2 king bedrooms with their closets and a shared full bath. Both upstairs bedrooms have 50” smart TVs.

DOWNSTAIRS⬇️
4th king bedroom with 58” smart tv. Full bathroom with custom tile shower.

*If it is found that you have brought a pet you will be charged $500 plus any extra cleaning costs or damages.

A $1,000 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking inside the cabin is found, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

WHAT WE PROVIDE⬇️
-Cabin is equipped with fast wifi and 6 Roku TVs, so BYO passwords for Netflix and Hulu just like at home. **Just make sure to sign out before you leave!!**

* We provide a start of laundry detergent.

-We provide hand soap and a start of toilet paper and paper towels. Also, a complimentary start of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion will be in each bathroom.

You may need to bring extra for your trip.


-Coffee: We have a coffee bar with a regular drip-style coffee maker AND a Keurig. We will provide a start of k cups, coffee & filters, syrups, creamers, and sugar, if you need/something specific please BYO coffee/condiments.

LOCATION:
**The street the cabin is on is paved and is a short drive off the main road.

-Even though there is 1 other rental cabin nearby, you will still have lots of privacy and feel very secluded!

-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

- HOT TUB:
Upon check in the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening since it gets drained, cleaned, and refilled every turn. However, it will be sparkling clean! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK

- You will likely see and hear critters, remember, you are in the mountains. Please keep doors/windows closed as much as possible to keep them out.

-Check-out instructions will be sent in a message the day before checkout and is also listed under “house rules”

**🚨Keep in mind that there is A LOT of bear activity in the area surrounding the cabin**

MAKE SURE THE OUTDOOR TRASH CAN STAYS LATCHED, BEARS CAN, AND WILL OPEN TO GET TO THE TRASH!!

-DO NOT FEED BEARS. BEARS ARE DANGEROUS!
