Wake up to crisp mountain air and end your evenings under the stars at Smoky’s Charm, a luxury retreat tucked away in a peaceful setting yet just minutes from the heart of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Inside, you’ll find spacious gathering areas, plush king beds, and a show-stopping game room that keeps kids and adults entertained long after the day’s adventures. Outside, soak in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stories, or unwind with a glass of wine as the Smoky Mountains set the scene for unforgettable memories.

Living Room (Main Level)
Soaring cathedral pine ceilings, cozy modern sofas, and a customizable linear electric fireplace set the tone for relaxation. Enjoy a 65” Samsung Smart TV allows you to access your favorite streaming accounts.

Kitchen (Main Level)
Fully equipped for cooking your favorite meals, the kitchen features rustic hickory cabinets, granite countertops, and Samsung black stainless appliances. You`ll find a Kohler double sink, Cuisinart toaster, Ninja blender, Mr. Coffee maker with K-Cup/Keurig option, a French press, Crock pot, enamel cast iron dutch oven, Calphalon roasting pan, and a Rice Cooker -- everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at the cabin.

Bedroom #1 – King Suite w/ Master Bath (Main Level)
Large King bed, 50” Samsung Smart TV, HDMI + power strip for gaming consoles, charging stations, open closet, (2) luggage racks, and hanging swing chair. Ensuite bathroom with double sinks, marble flooring, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 – King Bedroom (Main Level)
Large King bed, 50” Samsung Smart TV, HDMI + power strip for gaming consoles, charging stations, open closet, (2) luggage racks, two lounge chairs, plus a workstation / vanity desk.

Bathroom #2 (Main Level)
Full bath near the front entry with a tub/shower combo, marble floors and shower walls, and a unique rock waterfall sink.

Bedroom #3 – King Bedroom (Lower Level)
Large King bed, 50” Samsung Smart TV, HDMI + power strip for gaming consoles, charging stations.

Bathroom #3 (Lower Level)
Located next to bedrooms #3 and #4, this full bathroom features a tub/shower combo with marble floors and shower walls.

Bedroom #4 – Double Bunkroom (Lower Level)
Two custom bunk beds (Each Twin XL over Queen, for 4 beds total), 50” Samsung Smart TV, HDMI + power strip for gaming consoles, charging stations, and an additional sink and mirror to make bedtime routines easier.

Game Room (Lower Level)
A fun-filled space for all ages! Enjoy a full-size pool table, shuffleboard, electronic dartboard, three classic arcade video games, electronic pinball, a large family sectional, and a 65` Samsung Smart TV. A wet bar with a small fridge, microwave, and popcorn machine make it easy to snack and hang out without leaving the fun.

Hot Tub (Lower Level)
Unwind in the large 6-person hot tub—heated, sparkling clean, and ready for your relaxation. The water is changed and disinfected after every guest stay for your health and comfort.

Laundry Closet (Main Level)
Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum, broom, etc. —everything you need for a comfortable stay. Here you will also find the Pack n Play, High Chair, and Baby Gates for the stairs.

Front Deck (Main Level)
Enjoy mountain views and Dollywood fireworks from the large front deck, complete with an outdoor couch, several stools next to the handrail bar top, bistro lights, and a stainless steel BBQ grill.

Back Deck (Main Level)
Relax on Appalachian rockers overlooking the peaceful woods—ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Outdoor Fire Pit
Gather around the fire pit with comfortable adirondack chairs for stories and s’mores. Extendable stainless roasting sticks provided (stored in the kitchen). Firewood not included, but available at most nearby stores. Don`t forget the fire starters!

Parking
Ample flat parking available in front of the cabin on the gravel driveway, as well as additional parking on the lower driveway.
Guest Requirements
• The primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
• Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay.

Local Guest Policy
• To help maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests, reservations from individuals residing in Sevier County, TN require prior approval. This policy is in place due to past incidents involving unsupervised gatherings.
• If you live locally and would like to stay at Smoky’s Charm, please reach out to us before booking — we’re happy to work with you to complete your reservation.

Quiet Hours
• To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors — parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited at all times.

Smoking, Vaping & Drug Use
• To keep the cabin clean and comfortable for all guests, SMOKING, VAPING, and DRUG USE are strictly prohibited ANYWHERE on the property — indoors or outdoors, INCLUDING THE DECKS, DRIVEWAYS, ETC.
• Violations will result in a $1000 fine, plus any additional costs for cleaning, deodorizing, or repairs.

Child & Infant Safety
• For your child’s safety, please supervise children at all times, especially near the stairs, hot tub, game room, and fire pit.
• Baby gates are provided as an extra layer of precaution, but should not be relied on as a substitute for active adult supervision — especially around stairs.

No Commercial Use
• Smoky’s Charm is intended for personal enjoyment only. Commercial photography, filming, or events are not permitted without prior written approval.

Occupancy Limits
• The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, and only those listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
• Please note: While there are two full bathrooms upstairs, there is only one bathroom on the lower level, so plan accordingly for your group’s needs.

Pets & Allergies
• While we truly love animals, pets are not permitted at Smoky’s Charm out of consideration for guests with severe pet allergies. We aim to provide a comfortable, allergen-free space for everyone.
• If you are traveling with a service animal, please contact us in advance so we can provide proper guidance and ensure a smooth experience.

Decorations
We love that guests choose Smoky’s Charm to celebrate life’s special moments!
You`re welcome to decorate — we just ask that you:
• Avoid using glitter, confetti, or anything difficult to clean.
• Do not tape or attach anything to walls, ceilings, or woodwork.
• Use only removable, non-damaging adhesives (like painter’s tape) if needed, and decorate responsibly.

Weather & Travel
• We do not offer refunds for weather-related issues, so please plan your trip accordingly and travel safely.
• Fortunately, Smoky’s Charm is less than a mile from the main highway with no steep grades or mountain roads, making access easy year-round — even in less-than-perfect weather.

Damages
• We understand that accidents can happen. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay, so we kindly ask that you report any incidents or issues as soon as possible.
• Prompt communication helps us address things quickly and fairly. Unreported damage may result in additional charges.

Agreement to House Rules
By booking, you agree to follow all house rules. Violations may result in additional charges for damages, cleaning, or—if necessary—removal from the property.
