Our cabin provides a great space for your family and friends to conveniently hang out in the Smokey's with easy access to Dollywood and many attractions with less traffic!
**Please Note: This build is part of a new neighborhood in the heart of Pigeon Forge. There may be construction in the surrounding area during your stay as a pool is being built behind the property.

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check-in anytime after 4 pm / Check out is no later than 10 am ET

★ INTERNET/CABLE: Wifi with mesh coverage present.

Smart TVs in each bedroom and in the living room.

★ BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms with a king master en-suite on the main floor. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms--1 king bedroom- 1 bedroom/gameroom with a full over full bunk. The living room also has a queen sleeper to sleep 8 total.

★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip or pod Keurig coffee maker.

★ LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups. If trash will no longer fit into the bins, please reach out so that we can try to coordinate a trash pick-up with our cleaners.

In addition, you can use a trash drop off convenience center, the closest location is
447 Tiger Drive Pigeon Forge, it's about a 10-minute drive.

It was chilly, rainy and a little windy but this Cabin was nice and Cozy
. We were traveling with our youngest daughter and her family and we had plenty of room! This cabin is in Sevierville but is located close enough to lots of attractions, restaurants and shopping and also does not take long to get to Gatlinburg from where we were either! The guy that owns the place was wonderful to work with 
.. the only problem we had was an internet problem the last day we were there but Ray worked hard at getting the issue fixed!!! Definitely would stay here again
.. can’t stress enough about how clean this place was as well 
. That’s a big plus for me!

This cabin was perfect for our family vacation! It’s incredibly spacious and spotless, with every amenity we needed to feel right at home. Great Location

We stay in the area every year. This was the first time in this cabin. The location was absolutely amazing! Great mix of view and also close to all the things. The host was quick to respond and super easy to work with. We will consider staying here again on our next trips.

Great location, very basic accommodation

We were in for a long weekend in March. We loved the location.. you could take the back roads to any major area quickly without the backed up traffic. One road cut straight to Walmart/outlet area and another cut straight to the island area. The property was beautiful but could use a few upgrade to make it really nice. It was decorated cute, there’s a fun Pac-Man game upstairs, and the porch had rocking chairs. The length of the review is limited so in had to delete layout of the house to cut to:Areas that need improvement- There are no closets in any of the rooms- there is very little area to hang clothes. The rooms with wall racks to hang clothes- the racks need a board on top to make more ‘shelf’ space. The bedding on the beds was very thin and uncomfortable. Nothing felt ‘cozy’. The pillows were mismatched and dirty. Several pillows in the house had something on them. The hot tub- the cover is a disaster. There’s no where to put it when you take it off, except on the ground which is a lot of mud. The tub is small (3 person) for the size of the house. There’s was a lot of ‘noise’ in surrounding rooms when either shower was turned on. Pipes/etc. There are NO beach towels and the towel supply doesn’t meet the house size. They could use 6-8 more towels easy. We received email communication about check in etc. The first morning we got an email asking if we needed anything. We asked a couple questions and still have never received a response.

Beautiful new build

Cabin is adorable and a new build. Beautiful kitchen and well furnished. Bedrooms are a little snug with one side of the beds being against the wall. Wished there was more space to put luggage and things. The upstairs was amazing for our group of kids and adults. Hot tub was extremely clean but would have been nice to have a privacy wall on one side. You can hear the traffic from the road but being off the main strip is amazing and saves so much on traffic. Overall I would absolutely stay here again happily.

Very nice cabin

The location and everything is really great. The hot tub could use a little TLC, but we enjoyed it. The only negative is the comfort of the beds. They were pretty uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great time and will likely book again.

Cabin near Dollywood

Wonderful property for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone. Well appointed, nicely furnished, and attentive owner. Close to everything you're looking for in a Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg,Smokey Mountain vacation!

I am very picky where I like to stay. The property was easy to find and close to restaurants and attractions. House was very clean and ready once we arrived. The host responded immediately if I had a question. The checkin process was very easy. So JUST BOOK YOUR STAY I PROMISE YOU WILL BE SATISFIED

Great location

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Do note that construction is literally right next door to the property, which caused much dust and dirt around the property, spilling into the hot tub bc the cover was not on properly. The kitchen does have many electronic appliances, but lacked basics like salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Would book again, but not until construction is completed.
