A NOTE ABOUT NATURE

This cabin is located in a wooded, natural setting. Although the property is treated monthly by professional pest control, occasional sightings of insects or wildlife may occur.

Please avoid leaving food or scented items outside or in your vehicle. The area is home to black bears, and guest safety is a top priority. Additionally, there are two outdoor security cameras on the property for your peace of mind. These cameras are exterior-only and are not monitored during your stay.

**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**

• Winter Travel Recommendations: Although we have no steep mountain roads leading to the property, a 4WD vehicle, Roadside assistance, and Travel Insurance are recommended due to occasional snowfall in the area.

• HOT TUB: If the hot tub was refilled the same day you check in, understand that it takes a while to reach optimal temperature. Please be patient. Remember to bring extra towels.

• We provide a starter pack consisting of hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, trash bags, and dish soap. You may need to buy more during your stay. Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are NOT provided.

• Bath towels and hand towels for 8 people are provided for use during your stay. A washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

• Infants and children must be supervised at all times.

• You will likely encounter critters and bugs. Keep in mind you are in a wooded area and although we maintain a monthly pest control service, inside and out, it is impossible to eliminate all bugs from the property. Don’t let those little bugs put a damper on your vacation!

• Do not approach or feed the bears if spotted. Please refrain from leaving food, drinks, or scented items outside or in the vehicle. Curious bears have e been known to break into vehicles. Please be responsible.

• There are extra propane bottles on the deck for the outdoor fire pit. Cooking food or placing anything near the fire is strictly prohibited.

• Driveway is loose gravel and on a slight incline. There may be some ruts due to recent heavy rains. Not suitable for trailers.

• For security purposes and to ensure guests safety, there are two cameras located outside. They are always recording, but not monitored

• There is low head clearance in the stairway. Signs are posted as a reminder

• High Speed Internet and ROKU TVs provided. Traditional Cable TV is not available

• EV charging not available


IMPORTANT NOTES AND POLICIES

• Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 8. No exceptions

• No Parties of any kind

• No Smoking

• No Pets

• Top bunks are for children only

• Do not lean or hang on the railings

• Children near the hot tub must be supervised at all times. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

• No late check-out or early check-in. Early arrival or late check-out will accrue a $50 charge every 30min


• Respect our wonderful cleaners and avoid additional cleaning fees

• Owner/Host is NOT responsible for accidents or injuries

• We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters, power outages, floods or other things that are beyond our control
