Perfectly situated in a gated community featuring an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and miniature golf, it is the perfect home base for your vacation to the Great Smoky Mountains!

ACCOMMODATIONS:

★Bedrooms (2 Downstairs):
Sleep soundly on a plush king-size mattress with 4 pillows per bed in both the front bedroom and back bedroom. The bedrooms also include a wall mounted flat screen 50" 4k Roku TV, ceiling fan, USB charging stations with 3 USB ports and 3 outlets on each side of bed, chest of drawers to store all your clothes, luggage rack, and an on-suite bathroom.

★Kitchen:
The kitchen features modern appliances and is equipped to cook a gourmet meal or just a TV dinner! Refrigerator, oven with glass cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, crock pot, and tea kettle with a selection of tea bags are all available. The kitchen also includes dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, however cooking oils, sprays and spices are not included. and olive oil. Please note that the cabin does not have a garbage disposal, so please throw away your food scraps!

★Coffee Bar:
The well-stocked coffee bar includes a Keurig machine, a Mr. Coffee, and a coffee bean grinder along with a wide variety of K-Cups, sugars, and creamers. Dark roast coffee beans also provided.

★Living Room:
Relax on the comfortable sofa (queen bed sleeper sofa), love seat, and extra cozy recliner in the living room while enjoying the large 65" 4k TV with all sorts of streaming services (your login). Dish Network satellite TV with Starz round out the entertainment options. Grab a blanket from the basket and cozy up to the electronic fireplace!

★Bathrooms:
The bathrooms include a starter roll of toilet paper, soaps, hair dryer, and bath linens. Please note that each bathroom is located in each bedroom. You must enter the bedroom to access the bathroom.

★Loft (3rd Bedroom):
Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool, an air hockey tournament, a board game night, or an arcade extravaganza in the spacious loft. Enjoy a game or your favorite streaming show on the 55” Roku TV, have a drink while overlooking the living room, or just relax and immerse yourself in a good book on the daybed. The daybed offers two sleeping spaces (a trundle bed rolls out from underneath the daybed). Kids will love sleeping in the loft!

★Patio:
The patio is a perfect setting for meals or just relaxing after a fun filled day exploring the Smoky Mountains. Cook your favorite steak to perfection on the propane grill, chill out on the rocking chairs, or enjoy the evening with your significant other on the porch swing. Make sure to grab a beach towel out of the basket by the door and take a soothing dip in the hot tub while catching up on your shows on the patio TV!

★Resort:
Located at the prestigious Bear Creek Crossing Resort, the striking entrance includes a 75 foot waterfall, a large outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend), a heated indoor pool (open year-round), a putt-putt golf course, walking trails, a covered bridge and a clubhouse that can be rented for events.

ADDITIONAL:
★Keypad entry allows check-in at any time after 4PM (24 hour check-in).
★Digital Guest Welcome Book with instructions, HOA rules and regulations, tips, and owner's recommendations.
★Beach/pool towels are provided for a relaxing day at the pool or a comfortable soak in the hot tub.
★Bed linens include pillows, sheets, quilts, and blankets.
★Bath linens include bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.
★Consumables include starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, hand soap, trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent, and dishwasher pods. Additional consumables can be purchased at the Kroger or Publix Grocery Stores or at the Walmart Supercenter, all located a short 11-minute drive away. Please note shampoo and conditioner are not provided.
★Guests have access to the entire cabin and the resort pools (when open) and miniature gold course.

Photo ID must be provided within 48 hours of a confirmed reservation.

The 3rd bedroom is in the open game room loft. Kids will love sleeping up there!
