Fox Hunters Haven boasts upscale furnishings and a modern luxury cabin style with 4 bedrooms, and 4 fully custom-tiled bathrooms (2 main floors / 2 second floors). TONS of exciting amenities to enjoy indoors & outdoors!


MAIN FLOOR
As you enter through the foyer, you will find our private King Suite Room. This room is adorned with luxurious finishes and an electric fireplace beneath the TV as well as a private en-suite bathroom with 3 stylish arched mirrors, double vanity sinks, and 3 shower heads for the ultimate spa experience. Adjacent is our custom-tiled common area full bathroom with modern finishes. The second bedroom includes a beautiful queen bed and views of the meadow and private backyard. Close by is our living room area, a modern oasis with high ceilings, and a spacious lounging area with plenty of table surfaces. This flows right to the dining room, and then to the deck where you can look out to the backyard while relaxing in a hot tub seating 6 with a dedicated outdoor TV. On the deck, we also have our BBQ grill. Back inside and past the laundry room, an arcade enthusiast's dream lies ahead.


SECOND FLOOR
Downstairs you have a spacious entertaining area with 6 custom-built bunk beds and gray-scale murals embellished above each bunk, perfect for kids. Although the bunks are built so sturdy, you may even catch adults sleeping in them! You will also find a game table, Smart TV, fireplace, & XL couch with adjustable pieces. At the end of the first downstairs space you have a common full bathroom, and the doorway to the second private king en-suite with its own custom-tiled private full bathroom.


OUTDOORS
The property is fully hardscaped with winding paths featuring beautiful river rock and stone borders, creating a picturesque setting and connecting the entire property in harmony. Solar flood lights and string lights along the walking path ensure the ability to utilize the outdoor amenities all night long. A pergola and wood-burning firepit with built-in bench seating for 12 provide the perfect space to gather and enjoy the views. There's also a charming oak bench and fire feature below with dreamy, long-range views into the meadow. Truly romantic and captivating.

🏔️ This property is located in the mountains. 4WD may be needed during snowy / icy conditions, but is not necessary during normal conditions.

We want to notify all guests that in addition to the extensive cleaning standards we already follow, we have recently doubled down on disinfecting and sanitizing our homes so that our guests can rest assured the home they stay at for their vacation is as safe as possible. - Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- No RV or Trailer parking.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase.
- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.

- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.

- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest's responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.

- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.

- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES!

- Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason.

- No food or drink in the hot tub.

- Due to our close proximity to the National Park, we have a large population of insects including ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps. Although all of our properties are sprayed regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary.

- A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on your credit card as part of our verification process and will be released within 7 days.
