The entire cabin is yours to use and enjoy. We will text the front door smart-lock entry code to the guest prior to check-in.
We aim to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create memories in our cozy Tiny Cabin. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation!

GENERAL. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. The cleaning service often has a short time between guests to get the house ready for the next guest. All trash must be removed from the house prior to checking out and placed in the bear-proof trash bins on the side of the house. No trash should be placed outside of the bins and all trash should be in a trash bag. Absolutely no smoking inside the cabin. $500 extra cleaning fee will be assessed. Pets ARE allowed. Please wash your dishes after use. Maximum of 2 guests. If you have more than 2 guests against house rules, there will be a fee of $75 per extra person per night. Please make sure to lock all doors and windows to the cabin upon checking out. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm to be respectful of neighboring cabins. Parking is provided on the driveway to the side of the cabin. Our driveway is suitable for up to two vehicles. Please return all accessories and remotes to their rightful places at the end of your stay. Please do not rearrange the furniture. No parties. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables, such as condiments, left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

HOT TUB. To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub. Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.

BBQ GRILL. Guests are responsible for bringing their own charcoal and accelerant. Feel free to use the BBQ grill outside that is set up for our guests’ leisure use only. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. We ask that you either use aluminum foil to cover the grill or scrape the grill after each use.

Overall, we simply ask that you please be respectful of the cabin and keep it clean before you leave.
