The View-topia looks over the Smokies and has over 1000 square feet of deck that overlooks Mtn LeConte. View-topia is a dog friendly cabin (with pet fee $95 per pet, advance approval required).

★ MAIN LEVEL ★
Upon arrival, you'll climb a few steps to reach View-topia. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area featuring a large 70-inch Smart HDTV over the electric fireplace, a leather sleeper sofa, and a leather loveseat. The entire front of the cabin is adorned with glass windows, providing panoramic views of the mountains. The 12-foot double sliding doors lead to a large wrap-around deck. The fully equipped kitchen features black stainless steel appliances.

★ DECK ★
Don’t miss the chance to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or stargazing from the hot tub! The deck also offers amazing views of Mount Leconte from poly wood tables and chairs, and a gas fire pit. There’s a gas BBQ grill with all the necessary amenities. For safety, we do not provide propane, but provide propane tanks for guests to fill as needed during their stay. Plus - our fenced deck allows your furry friends to relax and enjoy the mountain views with you.

Unwind in the luxurious King bed while enjoying your favorite shows on a large 50-inch HDTV. Pamper yourself in the spa-like bathroom, featuring a large sink-in tub and a walk-in shower with invigorating body sprays and a relaxing rain shower.

★ BONUS LOFT AREA ★
The loft is a cozy retreat with a queen-size mattress and a TV, offering an incredible view that will take your breath away.

★ ENTERTAINMENT ★
The game area is a fun-filled paradise, complete with a shuffleboard and a tabletop arcade.

View-topia offers a stunning blend of comfort and beauty, ideal for a solo trip, a couple, or a family of 4 to 6.

***★ PET POLICY★***
We welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly cabin. We adore cats and we are cat parents ourselves, but cats are not permitted in the View-topia - we want to ensure that guests who have cat allergies can continue to enjoy it.

$95 fee PER PET to two dogs. We welcome dogs of any size but must be potty-trained and crate-trained. Pets must be approved in advance. Your pet fee is due 48 hours before check in. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

If View-topia is damaged by your dog, which would include excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear. You can control this by cleaning up after your dog and ensuring that they do not damage the furnitures.

Great Location, Perfect for Couples

Very nice deck and view. Conveniently located near town. Super nice bathtub, shower, and hot tub. Owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns. Disappointed that the sliding glass doors were inoperable during our stay. Found it off-putting that the housekeeper left a request for a tip. I've never experienced that with any other rental. Unsure if the owners are aware of this practice, but I find it distasteful.

Great Place and Amazing View!!!!

Only reason for 4 star is the grill was not in great condition , was not able to use. As well as the indoor fireplace was not working. Great communication with Danny and Kiki, we will def try to make it back and rent again!

Lovely place

Beautiful view and beautiful property. We loved the layout, decor, openness, natural light and windows, the hot tub; the furniture and king mattress were very comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely stunning. The water pressure in the shower wasnt the best but we managed. I was disappointed we couldnt use the firepit. I wasnt aware we needed to provide our own propane. We drove 13 hours so by the time we got there and realized we needed to take the tank there and fill it, we were too exhaisted and we didnt want to pay for a full tank to only use for a few days. Other than that we had a great time wasnt

Beautiful mountain getaway

We have stayed in many cabins over the last 8 years and this was definitely one of my favorites. The cabin was exactly as pictured, very clean and very comfortable for our family of four and furry friend. There are stairs going down where your dog can go potty, if you are bringing your dog. The bed was by far the most comfortable bed of any cabin I’ve stayed in and the view was absolutely beautiful. We loved playing shuffleboard and the arcade game was a bonus for my kids. The drive up was a little hairy but totally manageable. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Property

Our stay was phenomenal. The cabin looked exactly like the pictures and everything was in magnificent shape. Master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. Ease of check in/check out was great. Communication with property owners was clear. Wish we could have stayed a whole week! We had some difficulty finding the property at night even with directions. Our map brought us in a different way than the property directions had us come in and we were turned around. But not to any fault of the property owners. Best to try and get there during the day when it’s easier to see.

Anniversary

Property was beautiful and clean with a wonderful view. The shower in the bathroom was a very nice extra. Only have two recommendations: 1)Add additional support beams for the long stairs down to the cabin (they sway a little with just the one support beam and will probably weaken over time) and 2)your hot tub curtains need to be adjusted. You have a set that if pulled closed blocks the view and there is no set of curtains to block the neighbors view. I recommend moving the curtains from the view side to the neighbor side and then it would be perfect!
