The family loved the cabin, plenty of privacy for everyone and lots of fun! The sauna was such a plus. Well maintained, easy to communicate with the host and the wide easy access roads were definitely an added bonus.
So many great activities on site. Any questions, thereâs a binder to help guide you. Plus the management is spot on with communication. Fantastic location, beautiful views, super comfy and spacious rooms. We loved this place!
The Cabin is beautiful with the best location on Starr Crest Mountain. The views are spectacular with the location with in 10 mins to the Parkway. You can have total seclusion or be in the action within minutes. Any Cabin you rent will have some need and the Manager/Owner Michelle was exceptional in her response and communication.
Wow! Just wow! When you enter the home and climb to the middle level and see the view itâs stunning! The 3rd floor master is even more incredible! It took us about an hour just to acclimate to the view. It truly was overwhelming for a while and hard to unpack because we just kept looking outside and getting distracted. The entire time we stayed you never tired of the view. We stayed as a family of 4. Two 50ish year old parents and 13 year old twin boys. The husband and I loved our own highest level of the house floor that included separate north and south facing patios. Great bed, fireplace, generous bathroom, and a phenomenal view! The middle level was a huge living area with a large kitchen, ample dining table space, a living room with fireplace and a second mini living room to relax in. Also had a large bedroom with a huge bathroom that one of the twins took so that each of them had their own floor. Huge wraparound deck that wraps around 3 sides of the home. You can see some of the Dollywood coasters and all of the Pigeon Forge strip and are the 2nd highest home in the neighborhood. The highest home is split into rentable levels so this is actually the highest private home. Lower level has a great party area with a pool table, arcade, air hockey, and an outdoor hot tub. Also two large bedrooms each with an en-suite. The other twin only used the king bedroom and we left the bunk room empty. Best home weâve ever VRBOâd and canât wait to return! Itâs the best!!
Very clean overall and mostly as expected, with great views and a fantastic location. Thereâs also plenty of space for larger groups, thanks to the four bedrooms.A few items do need some attention: several light bulbs are out, including the one at the front door. As of late September, the arcade isnât functioning properly â the default controller doesnât respond accurately, making it essentially unplayable. I spent quite a bit of time trying to find a game that was playable, which was frustrating. Additionally, Raspberry Pi (arcade OS) crashed multiple times while loading different games, requiring full restarts. The pool table felt could also use a cleaning â a small issue, but worth noting.Aside from these minor problems, the home is absolutely beautiful, and weâd be happy to stay again once these items are addressed.
We stayed in this cabin during Jeep Invasion in Pigeon Forge, and it was an unforgettable experience! The cabin had absolutely breathtaking views of the mountains â probably the best views weâve ever had at any cabin so far. Everything was spotless and super clean when we arrived. The game room was a big hit â we spent late evenings playing air hockey and poker, laughing and making memories. Mornings were just as special, sipping coffee while searching for Mount Le Conte and soaking in the peacefulness of the mountains. The beds were some of the most comfortable weâve ever slept in, and having two coffee pots was a thoughtful touch we fully enjoyed! This cabin had everything we could possibly need and more â it truly exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely love to come back again!
Excellent mountain home in a prime location. Breathtaking Mountain Views from inside and out. Kids loved the video arcade, air hockey and pool table. Very close to Dollywood and other local attractions. Highly recommend this home. Five stars!
We had a great week at this cabin! Excellent location close to everything we wanted to do. My kids loved watching the Dollywood drone & firework show off the balcony at night. Highly recommend Legacy Mountain for zip lining which is close by. Youâre also minutes from Dollywood, Parrot Mountain and all the other attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer. We loved the views from all the porches- especially the top bedroom. It took a bit for the kids to figure out that the air hockey table had to be turned on from underneath and the airflow wasnât great, but still playable. Overall would definitely stay here again!
Great potential but save your money for now because what you see in the pictures does not match what youâll see in person. Donât get me wrong, the views ARE incredible and the location was great. So, what wasnât incredible? Never hearing from the property mgr to receive check-in details until I contacted VRBO the morning of our trip. Having to wait an extra hour for cleaning to finish, only to find dirty kitchen counters, fake eyelashes on one bathroom floor, black curly hairs throughout the master bathtub, and long dark hairs on another bathroom floor. Multiple broken doorknobs that made doors difficult to open/close. Broken game room ceiling fan about to fall off. 4 of the 6 TVs donât work. Air hockey table barely functions. Arcade games donât work. Refrigerator that was missing pieces and didnât have a light. Dirty/greasy dishes throughout kitchen cabinets/drawers. Many blinds that didnât work. Popped nails on decks and steps. My initial message to ask about one of the TVs did not get a response so after that and the initial lack of communication I mentioned above, I gave up and decided to mention everything here. If some money is put into the unit, it will be amazing but until then, look elsewhere.
We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The view was amazing. The amenities were plenty. The location was close enough to all we wanted to see and just far enough outside of the hustle and bustle. Everything was perfect for our first time in Tennessee! No complaints whatsoever and we are definitely planning to revisit this property the next time we want to go to Gatlinburg.
The house has amazing views! Sits right above Dollywood. Really loved hearing the train whistle echoing in the valley. The house had minor issues. Half of the blinds in the master bedroom were not operational. A couple of the exterior door knobs were loose (not functional). Some of the furniture was getting pretty worn, but totally usable. The listing pics mustâve been a few years ago. But overall, it was great! None of those things negatively impacted the time we had! No regrets and would stay again!
Beautiful house with amazing views all around. This would definitely be a 5 star house if some small things were better taken care of. No trash bags in the house after a long search, window blinds were very difficult to open/broken, pool table was covered with debris with trash in the pockets, video game worked sporadically with difficulty...and we have 8 children so they looked forward to the games shown on the listing...We were only here for an overnight on the way to the beach, so we carried our trash out with us when we left. Overall, highly recommend. The host was kind and quick to respond to our request for an early check-in. Thanks for hosting our family!
We had a party of 7 and were very happy overall with our cabin and the location. The cabin was very well cleaned and had all the things you would need. The views were just as promised and the location couldn't be any better. We did find a few things that we would love to give our feedback on to the owners. Little things we noticed having working in the industry. Will recommend to family and friends for sure.
This was one of our best stays. We went out for a weekend getaway with close family and the cabin was awesome. Plenty of space with lots to do. From board games to game room to chilling in the jacuzzi or sauna, we had a blast. When we first came the whole house was clean and the sheets smelled good. There was plenty of towels and there even was shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided. We also had small kids ranging from 6 months to 4 years, and Iâd say the cabin was pretty child friendly.
