Gather with your loved ones- playing games, or watching your favorite shows. The Roku Smart TV is set to Guest Mode, so you can stream on your favorite apps throughout your stay and be automatically logged-out on the day you depart. The couch doubles as a pullout sleeper sofa, providing an extra sleeping area for your group.
A large, full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and full-size washer and dryer stack is located just off of the living room. We provide 2 toilet paper rolls, towels, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash.

The kitchen is located on the main floor and features full-size appliances, cookware, glassware, plates/bowls, utensils, and basic cooking essentials you'll need to make a home-cooked meal for the entire group. A comfortable dining area and table is provided for the group.
Enjoy your morning brew using our Keurig drip and K-cup dual coffee pot. We offer a coffee starter-pack to get you going. Bring extra if you are coffee lovers!
↟ Main Level King Bedroom + Sunroom ↟
The main floor of the home features our King suite, fully equipped with fluffy pillows and blankets, Smart TV with Roku, and a separate sunroom overlooking a flowing creek that hugs the entire property. This is our favorite room in the property, as it truly captures the mountain vibes our guests are looking for while staying in the Smokies.
↟ Second Level Suite ↟
Upstairs, you'll find an additional bedroom suite, equipped with 2 full size beds to sleep an additional 4 guests. Relax with a good book in our swinging chair, or catch up on your favorite shows with an additional Roku Smart TV set in Guest mode.
The second floor also features a full bathroom, with a shower-tub combo and vanity. We provide an additional 2 toilet paper rolls, towels, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash.
** Please note- the second floor is only accessible via an exterior staircase off of the front porch of the Bungalow. Access is controlled by a Smart deadbolt for additional safety and security for our guests!

This area provides the perfect setting for relaxation and unwinding, while enjoying the sounds of the Smokies around you. Take a dip in the hot tub or gather around the gas fire pit at the end of a day exploring the best the Smokies has to offer.

Enjoy a large, flat grassy area at the front of the Bungalow, providing the perfect area to play a game of football with the family, or simply allow the kids and dog to run around and tire themselves out.
The Bungalow has a small, yet cozy covered front porch, equipped with its own propane grill and some outdoor seating. There is a life-size Connect-4 and Cornhole set ready for action.

During your stay you'll have access to amenities provided by Shagbark Resort. While here, you can enjoy the outdoor community pool (during summer months), tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, dog park, and more!!
For large groups, there is a community center available for rent directly through the HOA!

We provide starter kitchen supplies of salt, pepper, cooking oil, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, K-cups/coffee pack, tea, and 1 full paper towel roll.
Bathrooms are stocked with towels, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash.
Laundry includes a full size washer & dryer stack in the bathroom and starter laundry soap. Iron and ironing board should be hanging in the King bedroom closet.
Parking is available directly in front of the home and on the left side of the home. The home can easily accommodate 4 vehicles if parked appropriately!
** Please note
Access into Shagbark Resort is controlled by a security checkpoint and gate. All overnight vehicles entering the Resort must be registered with your reservation. We will help coordinate vehicle registration prior to your arrival date.
- Mountain roads in the Smokies can be steep and winding. An AWD/4WD vehicle is recommended during rain or snow.
- Supplies are not re-stocked mid-stay, so plan on bringing extra for longer stays!
- Guests under 23 must be accompanied by a guest on the reservation 23 years of age or older for the duration of the reservation. The hot tub is for guests 18 and over, and children accompanied by their parent/legal guardian only. Alcohol is not allowed in or near the hot tub.
- We love our furry friends and allow 1 pet per reservation. Guests are required to add pets to the reservation and pay a one-time non-refundable pet fee. Any guests bringing more than the allowed number of pets will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
- All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance through Vrbo to protect against a change in plans due to illness or weather. We cannot make exceptions to our stated cancellation policy.

Large 6-acre Estate shared with our bigger Lodge property. Enjoy an outdoor gas fire pit and hot tub under glowing string lights, while listening to the sounds of the flowing creek. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and a unique code will be given to you prior to your stay. Guests will have access to the entire home, with the exception of 1 locked owners' closet.

We use a secure and very simple platform called Happy Guest. It is NOT an app, and you do NOT have to sign up for an account- it’s a free, safe, and secure website. It also serves as our guest portal- containing check-in details, house manual, and maps containing all of our favorite local spots!
