Mostly friendly staff

Staff was mostly friendly. Property was nice. Ceiling tiles need to be cleaned in bathrooms. Asked housekeeping to return to room after we left for the day at 1:30 and were not receptive to that. Also we booked three rooms. The room 109 had issues with heating unit. Due to anemia, it is always cold for my mother. We apparently had been given a room that was known to have some electrical issues with the heating and air unit. Hard pill to swallow for a handicap guest.

Dollywood and shopping in Pigeon Forge

We did not arrive until midnight but the desk was still open. We were greeted by a smile and a cheerful face. The breakfast was nice and the room was clean. We will be returning again.

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay here. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a great location with quick access to dining and activities.
