Realize that renovations are underway. I brought 3lifelong friends hoping to wow them with this condo. Was not the cleanest. There was black gunk under rim if kitchen sink. Dishwasher did not do a good job of cleaning dishes. Cracked tiles, torn carpet in kitchen. People smoking on adjoining balconies,strong odor of marijauna and cigarettes. Not enough carts for use at checkout. I have stayed at this site multiple times and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately this stay was not rated as very enjoyable.

Our stay was very good. No major complaints. Based on photos, i expected 2 sinks in the 2nd bath, but there was only 1 sink. This was not a deal breaker but the description and photos should be more accurate. Electric plugs were either behind furniture or in the middle of the wall in a walkway and not practical for charging. Glad I travel with a multi plug. Loved the location. Would stay there again.

The facilities have plenty of amenities available. Staff was very helpful and everything clean and well maintained. The location is close to activities, restaurants and shops yet it is beautiful and quiet in the condo area. The kids loved Dollywood and us older folks enjoyed wine and beer tasting near by. We love to go antiquing and so many shops to browse. Thankfully we drove from Chicago so we had a car to take home the treasures we bought. I would highly recommend the Titanic museum. It contains so much info and you feel like you are in that most beautiful ship. Will most likely return to the Smokies!

Overall the rooms were as advertised. However, shortly after arrival, my daughter went to take a shower and a cockroach jumped/fell out of one of the towels. Suffice to say we were frightened and grossed out. We drove 9 hours to get there, and did NOT want to stay that night, so we drove 9 hours back home, arriving at 230 am. When I contacted the host later that morning and the front desk, I was told a refund could not be issued. The front desk said it was because the host paid for the reservations with points. While the rooms were as advertised, the help was abysmal. Also I think other Vrbo customers should be aware of potential refund issues if they encounter something similar.

Family vacation

Location was great. Check-in process was smooth even though we were considered a guest of the owner. Only part to be aware of is that you will be pressured into a timeshare pitch. Luckily for me, it’s not my first rodeo staying at a timeshare but would be good info for unsuspecting guests.

Excellent location. We were there for Dollywood and were maybe 10 minutes away. Super close - we could even see the Dollywood fireworks from our unit balcony. The unit was clean, but definitely dated. Some of the units might be more updated. The hosts were very prompt in all communications. Great pool and clubhouse too!

Great location. Comfortable but unfortunately dirty! This rooms are spacious and comfortable for a big family. Perfect size kitchen, both bathrooms are big and appropriately placed for bedrooms and privacy. The rooms are outdated which is not a big deal but the worst part was the overall cleanliness. Bathroom was dirty upon arrival and when I called housekeeping had already left for the day. Our only options were to wait until morning or have a tech come but he wouldn’t have the proper cleaning supplies. Our telephone wasn’t working either so we couldn’t call the front desk or any services easily. However, Jade at the front desk was very understanding but unfortunately that didn’t get my bathroom cleaned until next day. Also, we came with our entire baseball team for a tournament so there was obviously a lot of kids with us, the pool staff was not welcoming or friendly. The pools were very dirty and the attendant that day was very unpleasant. This is a family hotel with a kiddie pool
there will be kidsunfortunately I would not stay there againWe booked through VRBO which I wouldn’t suggest also. The host was not helpful or concerned about our stay at all.

Dance Competition and Family Vacation

We had such a fantastic trip. The location was close enough to the Convention Center and fun! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool, splash pad, and putt putt were a highlight for our kids (2, 2, 9, 11) after a busy day. We were in town for dance Nationals at the convention center and it was a short drive over. The check in/check out process was smooth and the property manager was easy to reach as well! We will definitely use them again on our next trip to Sevierville/Gatlinburg

Wonderful Stay

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay at your property. We were in town for a dance competition and this space was perfect. We are a family of 5, so it worked great because there was plenty of space for the children in one bedroom and my husband and I used the master. The space was clean, there was lots of amenities at the resort and the location was convenient to local restaurants and shopping.

Family vacation

Stayed 6 days with family.The room could of been a little cleaner the floor/carpet. Its close to everything. They had free popcorn and ice cream. I bought my kids little black bears in the office gift shop. We give this place 4 stars. We would stay here again.
