The apartment is located on a second floor (but with the height of a third floor) of a beautiful and stately building in Mateos Gago street, just 30 meters from the Cathedral and the Giralda.It has 4 bedrooms, three of them with beds of 0.90 x 1.90 and the other with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90. It has a total of four full bathrooms, three of them ensuite, and another one independent. The kitchen is open to the living room and the hall, and although it is small, it has everything necessary as equipment, as well as a dining table. The living room has been furnished with detail and it also supposes a cozy and pleasant place.The area of ​​the apartment is unbeatable. A few meters away we find all the most important monuments of the city: the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Giralda, the Archivo de Indias, etc., in fact the own street Mateos Gago is the gateway from the Cathedral to the neighborhood of Santa Cruz, the most historic and spectacular neighborhood of Seville.In the same area you will find a wide variety of restaurants, typical bars where you can taste the famous tapas, shops, small shops and endless cultural and leisure activities.

Management company 'genteel home' a complete waste

Horrible experience from start to end. Difficulties accessing this property by car as the management company provide no information on how to best access the property by car (just to drop off suitcases) and say no cars are allowed near any of the streets near the property but provide no further information. We were initially told that the property had electric problems and our stay would need to be booked into another apartment which we did not like the look didn't like the look of the apartment, we were told the original was was available again. Only to arrive with all our suitcases and food from a 10 minute walk with all cases to be told that the electrics don't work still... We were told there was one other apartment available, but no photos were available to see the property beforehand. Of course when we arrive it's the downgraded apartment we initially declined to swap as this did not meet our needs. And the place hadn't been cleaned, flies all over the kitchen! We had a booking at the alcazar which we had to make to we agreed with the management property to hold our cases at the 2nd property while we go to the alcazar as they wouldn't provide any reimbursement for the hassle and delays they had caused out of their own carelessness to check these properties before they are rented out. We were finally offered another apartment which was no better than the one we booked only WHEN we rang to cancel. They wouldn't offer anything else beforehand..
