CASA PALACIO SAN JOSĂ IV â Baroque charm on the ground floor, next to the arcaded courtyard
In this noble house from the 17th century, memory, history and legend coexist in perfect harmony among garden courtyards, Roman columns, terraces with views and an infinity of architectural details that speak of the splendour of Baroque Seville.
Art, architecture, and history lovers will enjoy every detail: marble floors, coffered ceilings, traditional ceramics, and an atmosphere that evokes centuries of Sevillian life.
The apartment welcomes the guest with a bright living-dining room open to the kitchen. The marble floors, ceiling height, artistic ceramics and the beautiful gallery coffered ceiling highlight the architectural nobility of the building.
Next is the bedroom, a charming room equipped with a 180 Ă 180 cm bed, presided over by a delicate mural work in Sevillian ceramics. A lovely antique wooden wardrobe adds character and warmth. At the back, a complete en-suite bathroom completes the resting area.
The interior decoration combines Spanish period furniture and contemporary pieces with balance, achieving a serene, elegant, and very welcoming aesthetic.
The terraces of the Palace
On the third floor awaits the spectacular set of garden terraces and solarium, a true urban garden. An ideal space for an outdoor breakfast, an evening with friends, a sunbath with a rain shower, or simply to enjoy the unique view over the bell towers and roofs of the Jewish Quarter.
In this building, the common laundry room is also located, with a washing machine and dryer. Each apartment has drying racks stored in its kitchen.
This is a wonderful oasis in Seville. It is full of charm. The courtyard is very peaceful with fountains and chairs. It is centrally located and a short walk to all the sights and tastes of Seville. Highly recommend!
I loved the court yard, the terrace and the location.

The GOOD. Outside areas are great. Common areas are very much as depicted in photos. Upstairs terraced areas are wonderful, too. No less than 7 church steeples can be viewed at night. I should also mention Karin and her staff were great. They are the only reason I havent written Booking about this property and also the reason I stayed more than the first few nights of my 15 night stay, here, in Seville...
First thing, if u driving u can pull off lane (too narrow t ok be a road) next door befor 5e hotel to unload bags. Trust your gps as no signage. Once behind the heavy doors the hitel space is beautiful. Chap who processes check in was brilliant, and the room lovely. Parking in public buildng 500mtrs away so nice walk but with residents cars so u confident secure. Quiet, self contained, eaay, calm
The one bedroom flat at ground level opens onto the courtyard and is the smallest of 5 flats in this beautifully converted Palacio. The two third floor rooftop terraces, one shaded, one sunny are shared with other residents as is the laundry room. Coming in to the Palacio off the street, brings you into an oasis of calm and it's several degrees cooler inside. Despite an exceptionally hot April with afternoon temperatures of 37â° we didn't need to use the aircon. We took our breakfasts up to the Bougainvillea shaded table on the roof, until the lift stopped working.
I think the larger flats are ritzier but we were completely comfortable. Good quality linen and towels and decent complimentary toiletries.
The location is perfect for walking to all the historic attractions and there are shops and restaurants within 5 minutes.
The management company was perfectly friendly and kindly allowed us to keep the key after we had vacated the flat, in order to leave our bags in the building until a late flight home.
Communication with the company was a bit haphasard and we had to pay a hefty supplement in cash due to a late arrival time. It would actually have been cheaper to stay overnight at a modest hotel on the first night due to our late (and delayed) flight.
