The hotel is in impeccable condition. The service was great. We upgraded to the Level program and it was worth every penny. We had wonderful full breakfasts and tapas at night. The staff was Helmand friendly.

The hotel was excellent and had everything we needed. Lovely pool area and staff very friendly and helpful. Upgraded to the Level which gave us unlimited snacks and drinks in the lounge. Would definitely visit again

I enjoyed the stay. The staff at the hotel is amazing. We rented a family room that was perfect for a family of 3. The hotel lobby is very nice and the food at the hotel is also very good. However, I feel the hallways in particular and the rooms are in need of some remodeling.

really nice room. Very close to plaza espana but a good 30 mins walk to central seville. Very close to metro stops and bus stops though if you don't want to walk. Pool was closed when we went in March - we hade very bad weather for us too.
