Cocoonr Annecy offers you Villa Alizé, a splendid 180 m² family residence located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the village of Sevrier, just 50 metres from the lake. Bordered by vast green spaces and offering a unique panorama of the lake and mountains, this villa combines comfort, privacy and an exceptional location.
With 3,040 m² of wooded grounds, balconies overlooking the lake and mountains and a private swimming pool, it is ideal for holidays with family or friends. A riverside path, accessible from the garden, provides easy access to the shores of the lake and to walking routes.
Ground floor: - Fully-equipped self-contained kitchen with table for 4 and television (kettle, Nespresso, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, raclette and fondue appliances...), direct access to terrace and balcony. - Cosy lounge with large sofa, fireplace and connected television (Netflix, TV channels). - Dining room for 8 guests, opening onto the lounge, with access to the terrace via large picture windows. - 1 separate WC. - Separate shower room. - Bedroom 1 - Semnoz: 2 single beds (80x190 cm) that can be made into a double, balcony access, dressing room.

Transport : - The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the villa (Sevrier - Letraz stop) make it easy to reach Annecy city centre (around 10 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.
