Good but a lot to improve

The hotel looks nice, the terrace with the pool was close even to go and see the sunset (what I was expecting to see). Bathroom was smelly, AC was not working and the room was hot (outside 18C, inside maybe 27C). It was very expensive for the service. Breakfast was good

Front desk was able to answer questions I had. Very professional (spoke English perfectly ) Pleasant stay. Great breakfast… Good location to walk to Medina.. Going to come back to hotel on our return to Sfax after we travel a bit

We asked for the AC to be repaired and we came back 5hours later and no one even bothered entering the room. The staff were very nice but they just listened but never did any action.

This is 2 or 3 stars hotel, far from 5 star. No amenities in the room, shampoo, body soap and conditioner bottles empty. Parking guards, belle boy & reception staff were trained but, restaurants servants were extremely unkind and no hospitality. Our son with high fever and not been able to take breakfast at restaurants so we wanted to bring him at least some fruits. Servants didn’t want to allow us and wanted to verify if we don’t steal fruits? We wanted to ask to their manager who did no show. A part from receptionist, they don’t manage well languages.

This is probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at, can’t believe it is Radisson and rated 5* - AC was barely working and then totally broke down (it was +33 outside). Took 5 hours to fix after I reported it, during which we were not able to stay in the hot room. - TV was not working - Safe not working - Wifi broke on the 3rd day and they failed to fix it. - A number of items were missing from the room (it was a room for 2 but was fitted with 1 robe, 1 cup, 1 spoon etc). I asked to fix, but nothing happened - shower was flooding the bathroom and part of the room - superior room had a view over junkyard - the only good thing was breakfast, but every day I had to ask them to boil water (it was room temperature in the pot) and open teabags which were sealed shut and needed scissors Small things one can leave without even though one paid for them, but I don’t understand how a business hotel fails to provide basic things like a AC and a wifi.

Hôtel Radisson, bien située, mais surcoté,

je tiens à féliciter l’hôtel pour les renseignements données par téléphone à la Reception Naim, très très aimable très arrangeant pour le check in. En revanche une dame est intervenue au moment de payer la taxe de séjour étant donné que j’ai, j’avais l’accord de faire un check, In Early par téléphone, Adam a voulu me prendre de l’argent. Pour ce supplément, je lui ai dit que j’avais la carte Radisson y avait personne dans l’hôtel, je crois une dizaine de clients, elle a consenti quand même à me faire le Early Booking gratuitement, mais pas avec le sourire. La chambre était convenable à la salle de bain un peu vieillissant. Les joints sont très sales, il y avait des petites bêtes, deux bouteilles d’eau de courtoisie, rien dans le bar. Quant au buffet du soir étant donné que c’est le ramadan il était délicieux à 70 dinars. En revanche le petit déjeuner était médiocre, donc j’ai décidé de ne pas rester plus longtemps dans cet hôtel où le sauna, le hammam ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que le centre de coiffure c’est un peu dommage de vanter toutes ces prestations .

Hôtel avec un personnel accueillant et serviable. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Le spa est à ne pas manquer, avec un massage relaxant assuré par Sawsen, très professionnelle. Le restaurant propose des plats savoureux et le petit déjeuner est complet, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Une expérience à renouveler !
