Set on 5 acres high on Mt Shadforth, Serendeva is your private piece of paradise. Architecturally designed and with sweeping panoramic views across Wilson inlet to the ocean, your retreat is secluded, yet close to town and restaurants.

We share our block with Kangaroos and amazing bird life. Relax with a glass of wine on the expansive verandahs, it is the perfect romantic getaway or family holiday spot.

Serendeva was designed by local architect, Hermann Fehr, to make the most of its stunning location and to connect the living spaces to nature through expansive outdoor areas. Peaceful & private whilst only being minutes from the heart of town.

With 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, the property sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen area has everything you'll need including a Nespresso coffee machine for your early morning pick me up.
There is a reverse cycle aircon in the living area for those extra cold nights or hot summer days.

Outside there is everything you'll need for a great family BBQ.
Under the house there is a laundry with washer and dryer for you to use if you need to.

Serendeva is on a rainwater tank, so tap-water is crisp and delicious!

PLEASE NOTE: There are quite a few stairs to access this property & is not recommended for elderly or those with mobility or health issues. Young children will also need to be monitored.
