Excellent experience! Clean rooms, great service, and an amazing breakfast. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job and frequently left us free fresh fruit. All of the staff members were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was awesome, featuring hundreds of freshly cooked options from local Shanghainese specialties to Western favorites. The air conditioning also worked perfectly and was very quiet at night. Will definitely stay here again!
