Week of March 9- The city water department has notified us that they will be tearing up the driveway this week. As a result, the driveway may be unavailable for approximately one week (possibly longer depending on construction progress).

Street parking may be required during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as the city completes this necessary work.



Guest Access:

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check-in) which adds ease and flexibility to both checking in and checking out.



The Neighborhood:

Located in one of the most coveted residential neighborhood in Kansas City. Just a few walks away to best restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store and a few miles from the interstate and downtown, yet situated in a quiet, spacious, and safe alcove.



Getting Around:

Our neighborhood is very walkable. A car is recommended to get to some KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am.



PETS:

We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.

Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the platform app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
