Overall, the room was clean, but it was very dark, which made working difficult. I asked customer service, but they told me there were no extra desk lamps. I booked this hotel for a business trip, so this issue was quite frustrating.

The towels had stains on them and the mattress sagged in the middle and was uncomfortable. Check in was easy and lovely service. The hotel is very dated and requires improvement

It’s a fairly depressing budget hotel, which needs some maintenance to be a ‘decent stay’ in my opinion (stained carpets, mildewy bathroom tiling, badly done sealant etc). I’d choose any other budget chain over this one, especially as prices are very similar (too high for this hotel in my opinion) Lovely staff and comfortable bed though
