Very clean and super comfy! Bathroom was immaculate!! Generally staff were excellent apart from one in Restaraunt for breakfast who looked very tired! Otherwise excellent stay really enjoyed it and would definitely use again!

Fabulous, our Sheffield ‘go to’ hotel. Lovely staff, efficient check in, great rooms and beds. Perfect location, lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. We love our ‘second city’ and staying at this wonderful hotel is the icing on the cake!

Spotlessly clean, a warm welcome upon arrival with polite, friendly staff. Bar understaffed, waited over 20 minutes for drinks, as a goodwill gesture they were not charged, good customer service. Good breakfast choice, again appeared understaffed, however the staff that were there were very helpful.

Poor.

This hotel did not live up to the reputation of a Radisson hotel and does not deserve its four star rating. It’s location is great, within walking distance of all the city center amenities. The room was spacious as we were allocated an accessible room with walk in wet room, unfortunately that’s the best I can say. The toilet did not flush properly, there was no plug for the sink meaning we had to wash in running water, not eco friendly and it leaked all over the floor! The bedroom had not been cleaned properly as there was a lot of glitter over the floor and on furnishings. As we checked in late and were only staying one night we reported this the next morning at check out and although the receptionist was very polite and apologetic she asked us to send in any complaints to reception via email. We are still awaiting a reply.
