We absolutely love everything about this hotel. Clean spacious rooms, everything works perfectly. Close to restaurants and bars, easy parking. Great showers and pristine towels and bed linen. Special thank-you to Alicia, so lovely, helpful and friendly! We always get a warm welcome at our favourite hotel in Sheffield; we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Central location, swish hotel

Lovely new hotel in central location. Rooms modern with nice decor. Decent size. We had dinner one night - very good but bit of a comms issue when booking and paying. Sorted easily enough. Would recommend.

Staff extremely obliging. Electricity in room didn’t work. No soap in dispenser in shower. Confusion with signage to reception. Breakfast spread across the bar area - confusion to find items.

The only problem was that you can not pull in front of the hotel because it’s only pedestrian access and was never mentioned when booked. This could be an issue when you have a lot of baggage. Other than that, the hotel was great
