Nature enthusiasts will love exploring the great outdoors with hiking, fishing, and swimming in the private neighborhood access to the Shenandoah River. Massanutten Resort, just a quick 15-mile drive away, offers skiing and snow tubing during winter.

After a day of adventure, unwind in the hot tub on the back porch or gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs, watching the stars and roasting marshmallows.

Amazing Hiking: With plenty of hiking trails right outside the cabin’s door, and the beautiful vistas of the Shenandoah National Park just a short car ride away, you’ll be exploring the outdoors in no time.

Shenandoah River: Go Kayaking, Canoeing, Paddle-boarding! Or head to the river to take a dip, go fishing or skip stones. Private river access/ Boat launch

Drive to the town of Luray, home of Luray Caverns: 15-minute drive from cabin. Visit Luray Caverns, the largest cavern in the Eastern United States, and the Car and Carriage Caravan Museum in the same location. Visit the local wineries, brewery, quaint local tea/coffee shops and restaurants.

Skiing in the area: Massanutten Ski Resort is 15 miles from cabin. Bryce Ski Resort is 36 miles from cabin.

Wonderful place to stay! Felt like a home away from home as soon as we walked in. Every little detail made the space feel cozy and welcoming. Extremely clean and organized, easy to find all necessary amenities. We visited Shenandoah National park while we were there and enjoyed so much wonderful time in nature. Beautiful place! Sits at the top of a mountain, little to no neighbors in sight or ear shot. Very clean and well stocked house, with bathroom toiletries and kitchen utensils/pots. The beds are amazingly comfortable, wonderful pillows, large hot tub overlooking a large a private forest area.
