I was booked into this hotel for 6 days on a solo trip.I could definitely recommend this establishment.It's well run.The staff are helpful.English speaking if needed.Halal restaurants surrounding it but only minutes to walk to some main shopping areas.

Better Value

Its china! The hotel is not perfect but its 40 % less than other hotels with similar facilities. 5 minutes walking to metro, 10 minutes in Taxi to the electronic market -/+ $6~7 dollars taxi rate charge. Advice... pay 5 dollars more to upgrade to deluxe room on the 4th floor!!

洗手間沒有清洁！

酒店前枱没人！等了10-15分钟才有—位小姐來做登記入住！上房間一進洗手間嚇了，洗手盘去水孔有很多小蚊子(10多隻)，—起飛出來！毛巾克克的！玻璃杯需用胶袋封好，但打開見到整个杯子还有上手留下的牙膏！坐厕及洗手盘下，黑色污垢完全没清洁！枕袋没有更換(有很大的頭油味及有頭髪)，電視机壞的，開不到！需然價錢平，但連最基本的都做不到！我以後都不会再入住！差評！

lift being fixed have to use the stairs

I had made I booking through hotels.com be on arrival the only had one page of the booking and my name was not on that so after a lot of fiddling they let me have a room the lift is also being replaced so have to walk up 6 flights with a case the bathroom was wet and lots of mould on the tiles not been cleaned for a long tome the hotel needs to be refurbished floor by floor I can see no evidence of it being renovated 5 years ago

Better for less

This is my second visit to Shenzhen in less than a year. I stayed in many other hotels in Shenzhen before this one is the best deal by far! The price is 50 to 60% lover than other hotels is same condition however this one I don't have to worry if the change the sheets and change the towels every day or not! Other hotels I used to put mark at the end of the towels to see if the cleaning staff change it or just folded my used towel and put it as new. And many other things you will not know if you haven't been in china before. ! So if you don't want to pay over 100$ per night at a hotel this is the right hotel for the money by far! Very clean staff. I will stay at this hotel again. AC

I feel the bathroom needs to be renovated, smell old hotel must renovate, the only reason i stayed at this hotel because of mosque, i feel they should renovate and upgrade, the ladies at the hotel helpfull understand english

Best hotel for Muslims

There are three muslim restaurants in the same building with the hotel. Mosque is located at eighth floor. About 5 - 10 minutes to Louhu Station. Taxi fare from the hotel to Louhu station is only about RMB 10 - 12. Dongmen is also very near, less than 10 minutes by taxi.

fairly price and location

good and fair hotel especially for muslim traveller to stay as it has halal restaurant at 2nd floor of the hotel. However, the taste is not good.. should consider of going to another halal restaurant located in front of the huabeling metro exit B. Travellers should learn a little mandarin in order to communicate well with the staff as most of the staff speak little english. We're having difficulties to check-in and check-out of the hotel. The housekeeping service was poor...our cup and bed were not clean though they did vacuum the room.. however, the floor and bathroom was quite clean and they change our towel everyday.. the hotel is actually around 15-20 minutes walk to huabeiling metro station..good exercise :)

The toilet was very stink. i clean the floor near toilet door n spray water with tap water but the urine smell doesnt go.I tink the hotel management must do something with the toilets. We book 2rooms & both rooms having broken toilet bowl on the below part.I TINK THEY SHD RENOVATE THE ROOMS
