Located near the famous Grand Park Sports Campus, you'll find this large and inviting house equipped with all you need to keep your group entertained. In the heart of Sheridan, this rare find is sure to exceed your expectations with all the space (& amenities) you'll need for your short or long-term stay. Skip the hotel hassle and make your way to our comfy location. Host a movie night, enjoy bean bag toss, or chill out on the deck or in the backyard; we've got options for you!
Our home is a duplex, and Unit B is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. In regards to sleeping arrangements, we have 2 bunk bed rooms and one bedroom with 1 queen bed upstairs and 2 couches downstairs (if needed.) Guests have access to a full kitchen with counter and table space for preparing meals for your group. A full-size washer and dryer are also available to our guests during their stay.
This space is perfect for a team or large group coming in for tournaments or games hosted by Grand Park Sports Campus. Sleeping about a total of 30 people, you're in the perfect location to make your commute to and from the campus, making time to relax between sessions a breeze.

Baseball Getaway

We stayed here with the majority of our baseball team. The players took one bedroom of bunk beds and the parents took the other. Pros:Gas grillEnough beds for everyone5 bathrooms so no wait linesClose to Grand Park (12-15 min drive)Cons: Small common area so difficult to all hang out together. Not much effort put in to modernizing/updating home. Backyard was decent but overgrown- no work done to make it an enjoyable outdoor space- tall grass, no fire pit, etc

Great Stay Again!

This is our third time here while playing at Grand Sports Park and this rental is the perfect place to stay with your team. If we're back playing in Westfield we will be back here!

Perfect for Family Weekend

This was a great option for family merging from multiple states for a Purdue graduation. While away from campus, we needed the beds provided. The only downside is that usu when I VRBO, I usu cook all meals. I do take most things for cooking with me. If you plan to cook a lot, take extra pots/pans, etc. Otherwise, there is ample dishes to eat on. Number of bathrooms were great. Back yard is very nice for outdoor games. Grill worked great as well. Overall, great stay.

Great place to stay!

Our girls soccer team and parent stayed here for the weekend while we played at Grand Park. Only 13 minutes from the fields. The girls loved being able to stay together and bond. I think our only issue was we discovered ants in the kitchen and one of the bunk rooms, but I do feel like it’s the time of year they try to come in. Other than that, we had a great time.

Great Stay for Teams

My team and I have stayed at both Units A and B and both are great places for teams playing at Grand Park. Tons of bed spots, clean spaces, and an awesome location. Melissa was very responsive and helpful. If we're ever back in the Indy area we'll be staying here! Thanks for a great two weekends!
