Beautiful accommodation with quality fixtures and fittings. We were a family of 10 and the kitchen was so well stocked with crockery and utensils, over and above what you might expect. Two dishwashers were a real bonus. Location is great, so much to see on foot. Would highly recommend

Amazing property for our annual friends' get together. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped house - everyone got 'the good room' and no one had to compromise. We all loved having an en-suite so we could do as we pleased. The garden was also a lovely place to relax - really quiet, plenty of room and seating. We had fabulous weather and were able to walk down to the beach for a dip in the evening sun or take a run down to the promenade first thing via a quiet back route - perfect. Not only is the house fantastic, but it is brilliantly placed to explore the surrounding coastal areas - we got the bus to Weybourne one day and walked back along the coast to Sheringham. Another day we parked at Holkham and walked along the sand to Wells and back again. Just gorgeous. Thank you!
