The hotel was exquisite! Comfortable beds and modern decor. Extremely comfortable. We got breakfast with our stay and we're so glad we did. What an amazing spread! The only thing lacking was juice. Highly recommended!

Great stay

Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot

I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

宿泊費がかなり安いため人が非常に人が多いホテルでした。エレベーターは宿泊者数に対して不足しており常に行列があり待たされます。朝食会場も人があまりに多くゆっくり選ぶ気力が削がれます。 可能な限り平日に訪れることをお勧めします。

エレベーターが混雑していて、8階の部屋でしたが2回階段を使いました。ビュッフェ会場と大浴場も混雑しており、落ち着いて滞在は出来なかったです。部屋は広くて良かったですが近くの部屋の声が聞こえてきたのは微妙でした。ホームページ上のイメージは良さげに見えますがその割に値段が安かったので、こういうことか感じて勉強になりました。

9月の日曜日に家族（大人2、3歳1）で宿泊しました。エレベーターやビュッフェなど、混雑の口コミが多かったので心配していましたが大丈夫でした。（エレベーターは、くるまで少し待ちますが乗れなかったことは1度も無かったです。） ただ、ホテルの部屋数は多いので土曜日宿泊やハイシーズンはかなり待つだろうなと思います。 スペイン村から近く、値段も安くて満足です。 ラウンジのちょっとしたオヤツ、お風呂上がりの冷凍みかんやアイスで子供も終始楽しそうでした。 16時頃チェックインしましたが、5分ほどでキーも受け取れてストレス無く楽しめました。
