Excellent customer service and support. The staff was very kind to us and provided questions to our questions. During stay, there were a lot of kids of varius ages being kids..running, playing, being happy and a little noisy but staff understood that it's a New Year's Eve and allowed all people to enjoy themselves. Clean room, staff was ok, breakfast was great, kitchen was good. The only think was check in and out. Took awhile , nobody was at the desk. Especially when leaving. Had a long line of people waiting not knowing where anyone was at to check out. My husband was waiting outside in the car , we had loaded up our car with our baggage and still could check out because no one was the front desk.

Really enjoyed our stay. We had tickets for a concert that night and only had to walk across the parking lot to get to it. Great breakfast. Everyone was very hospitable and helpful. Will stay again when we attend another concert.

The staff was great. Everything was decorated for Christmas and was beautiful. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Loved the pool and hot tub. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The shower/tub could have used another grab bar.

A beautiful hotel in the middle of everything in Shipshewanna. Next door to the concert venue Center to all the good places to visit and eat. Wonderful warm staff. The free breakfast was great. Looking forward to visiting again.
