Family Unit - Not suitable for adult groups. Sheets and Towels NOT provided.

Unit 4 Shoal Court provides comfortable furnishings, privacy, and the comforts of home. The open plan living/dining area has a corner lounge with chaise, large flat screen TV. DVD (with a choice of videos) and Wifi.

The kitchen comes equipped with complete cooking appliances, full size fridge / freezer and plenty of bench space including a breakfast bar and stools.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom is ideal for the kids with two bunks. There is a renovated bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, vanity, glass shower and toilet.

Other features include two car spaces under the Shoal Court Building and a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the shared laundry, there is also an outdoor clothes lines at the rear of the building.

SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets, and no party policy in place.

Shoal Bay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the property was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, picnic and areas. The beach has no waves and is safe for swimming and paddle boarding amongst many other activities. There was lots to do. The apartment contained everything we needed, for cooking, for laundry etc. The WiFi was not strong enough to watch Netflix in the evening though. Would love to return in the future and highly recommend it to all.
