Great location just minutes from I-49, I-20 and downtown. Guests can easily travel anywhere in Shreveport within 10-15 minutes which includes plenty of local & chain restaurants to choose from!
This property is one of a duplex but each unit is private and even have their own driveways.

The house was clean, quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located. Host and co-host were communicative and congenial, even though the yard cat, a calico, was quick to cut out. Seriously, though. Great spot!

My First VRBO Stay

For my first vrbo experience it was for 30 days, it was great. It was very clean, big shower being 6 foot 6 and comfortable bed. It was close to my new job and property manager responded very quickly to requests.

It was nice place to stay, way better than a hotel. The neighborhood did not seem dangerous at all like the other guest claims it is. Over all it is very functional for one guest or a couple. There was all the basics a guest could ask for. It has a vintage feel to it and I would definitely stay there again.

Poorly Represented

Communication for check in was mere hours before arrival, which was not a big deal. The neighborhood feels unsafe. Upon arrival there were neighbors across the street yelling at one another. A late trip to the gas station for coffee was surrounded by people rocking back and forth begging for money. The property has a musty smell that permeates everything. There was garbage lined up in the common area outside from the property adjoining which caused an awful odor due to the high humidity. The laundry area which is supposed to have a lock box with a code is not locked and with a window broken out. Not safe to spend time and have the ability to secure. Efforts made to make other arrangements were not successful or easily communicated. Large cobwebs surrounded the ceiling of the kitchen/living area.

Nice Historic District

Nice, quiet historic district, rental was as described, easy access and near restaurants, shopping, and other venues. This place is very comfortable and relaxing.
