The place is terrible, smells like moisture and weed inside the room, the bathroom is dirty, the bed sheets are smelly and not clean, we did not stay, we looked for another hotel and had to pay $200 because it was 1030pm. We went to the front desk and asked them to reimburse because we would not stay, the person laugh and say there's no way.

This property needs a complete overhaul. The fixtures and building were old and rundown in appearance (nothing like the photos). There were no phones in the room to call the front desk. There were no irons or working refrigerators in either of the rooms we stayed in, as we switched from the first room because it smelled of mold and marijuana. The bathtubs and showers had black stains and did not appear cleaned properly. We were in town for a funeral and had to go to a relatives home to use their iron/shower (very inconvenient). The breakfast was horrible and the my child was not able to eat cereal from the dispenser because the knob came off as soon as it was turned. The poor lady at the front desk tried hard to accommodate our needs, but her hands were tied with little resources to assist her. The guy who checked us in had the audacity to try and charge a $30 fee to check in 2 hours early--had I known what we would see, no check in would have ever occurred. The 3 day reservation was cancelled down to 1 night only needless to state only because of the time needed to cancel one reservation and book a different hotel. This place should be shut down and condemned until its brought up to standard...it's so sad because other LaQuinta Hotels do not look like this one did. This one gives the brand a blackeye.

Overall experience was TERRIBLE!!!! Out of the 5 wall outlets only 2 worked! No light bulbs in the lamps, the rooms looked like they never were properly cleaned! The filter on the AC unit looked disgusting, the TV did not work properly, the breakfast was a waste of time they were majority out of everything!!! The beds were extremely uncomfortable!!! I definitely will not be back to this location EVER!!!

This stay was absolutely terrible. The bed smelled like urine. My husband and I checked the bathroom and there were no bath towels available, so we had to go purchase our own. Lastly, the tub was terrible. It was not clean, and the shower lining was dirty and wet when we arrived. Thank God we had family in this area, otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to shower.

Unfit to stay and no one cared.

Had to be let in with a key by manager. Could not come and go as we had no way to get in. Air conditioning broken, very hot all night, no towels, beds unmade, food on floor, complained and was told was last room and since prepaid, no refund. Told staff in am to cancel 2nd night as we were not offered to move. Called customer service at hotels.com still no resolution to refund money for a horrible stay.

LaQuita should take their name off this hotel. 3 day stay, no one would give me extr towels, rooms filthy, moldy, stained. Very poor shape. Beds stained.TV wouldnt work and had a hard time getting someone to look at it or fix it. Ive never given s review lik this in my life

After checking in at the front desk the key card wouldnt open our door. Everytime we had to get in the room the front desk lady would have to bring a key to open. When I arrived, there was a long line of customers waiting to check in. The system was down for the keyed cards; the frobt desk clerk said the system would be down the whole weekend. The staff would have to assist each time to enter the room. I canceled my stay and did not receive a refund from the hotel or Hotel.com

The Room was horrible, shower and floor was nasty. I reserved a king size bed and when I got to location they only had a double full/queen size. Everything was so ran down and old. Worst stay ever!!!!

There were mushrooms growing in the bathroom, dead animal skeletons on handrails. They didn’t clean the room the entire time we were there! Air conditioning was leaking all over the floor! Microwave wasn’t working unless you unplugged the lamp and fridge! The bathtub didn’t drain, the towels were stained! Can in and just moved the remote, yet didn’t clean or make beds! The manager was weird and kept staring making us feel uncomfortable! Never gave us clean towels, and we had to go get toliet paper from the desk, and the tv didn’t work for two days!

Top 3 Disgusting hotels ever stayed

Check in was good as the employee there was super friendly. At first I was given a room that didn’t have sheets and was still dirty. After changing rooms, the second one was still gross. Sheets were stains and floors were still dirty. The toilet was leaking water through the tiles and the second bed was as if a 500lbs person lived on it. We were there for one night for a road trip but I’d say never again. The owners should be ashamed but I’m sure they never show up to make sure anything is in good order and if they do they need to grow up and give a crap about their hotel.
