Beautiful clean room with a view. Staff was great and responsive. I will stay here again when stopping in Shreveport. Would've been a 5 star but for an incident with another patron in the middle of the night.

The Staff at this hotel is extraordinary including security on and around the casino floor. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and are pleasant and easy to talk to. Doesn't matter what time it is, the staff there are helpful. Parking is free in their attached garage and it is in viewing distance of the upcoming studio.
