The spacious living and dining room spans 50 m2 and is furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 210 cm in length, providing a versatile sleeping arrangement for an additional guest. This area opens directly onto the terrace, allowing natural light and fresh air to flow through the space. The 1 dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 sections of 90 cm each and 200 cm in length, and it also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The apartment also includes an open kitchen fully integrated into the living area, equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A private terrace of 25 m2, partly roofed and furnished with terrace furniture, completes the layout and offers a partial view of the sea.
