The hotel is a beautiful oasis, and the staff could not be more attentive to their guests. There are so many little touches that make the experience exceptional - I highly recommend passing through Cambodia to see the ancient history and the Jaya house is the place you need to stay during your visit!

The best private hotel we ever experienced. We have been over 30 countries, Jaya house is one of the best. Everyone working in the hotel is friendly with smile on the face all the time. We have free breakfast and free massages every day. Hotel’s interior design is elegant and room is really comfortable. Two beautiful swimming pools provide us relax places after the tour in the super hot day. Hotel provides one way transportation from the airport and free tuturk service inside the city. We like everything in this hotel and love to stay here.

By far the best of any hotel we’ve stayed at, from the owner’s personal welcome to the attentive, smiling employees who are always looking for ways to make your day. One word to describe this place - paradise!!!! Everything was impeccable and the whole place had a calm, zen feel. The furnishings all over the hotel were gorgeous. The staff was so aware of the guests at all times and seemed to anticipate what one needed. Two pool areas - also beautiful and peaceful. They did all our laundry for us at no charge. Also gave us a couple of complementary massages, which were excellent. They offered free tuk-tuk rides to restaurants and town. I could go to this resort for a week or two and never leave.
