House the Gate with garden in the old convent in Siena

Part of a 12th century abbey, this apartment is on a hilltop in front of Siena is surrounded by olive groves and stunning views. Beautifully furnished well equipped, there is a reserved garden with table and chairs and is possible to use swimming pool, in covid 19 time there are a timetable for using it.

The apartment is fully available with an outdoor area with table and chairs in the garden. To reach the garden you have to cross a road. It is permitted to use the pool, it is shared with the other villas and apartments.

The town of Siena has set a fee of EUR 2.5 per day stay per person excluding children under 12 years. This fee must be paid at check in and is not included in the cost estimate.

E' vietato fumare nella casa. L'ospite che prenota deve inviare via mail il suo nome, cognome paese e data di nascita insieme ad un documento valido, e deve inviare via mail il nome, cognome paese e data di nascita di tutti gli altri ospiti e familiari almeno una settimana prima dell'arrivo, i dati sono necessari per essere trasmessi alla polizia. Lenzuola, asciugamani e pulizia sono inclusi nel prezzo. Gli animali sono accettati se viene inviata una richiesta preventiva. I minori devono essere sempre sotto la custodia dei genitori quando sono in giardino.
