Beautiful apartment in Siena! We had a great stay and recommend this location. The only downside was noise, but we stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. There’s a cafe right outside and it was loud til 1 am or so. We brought earplugs and turned white noise on, and that helped. Also, the bells ring at 7:30 am every morning, so no sleeping in!

Wonderful apartment at the edge of the old city; perfect location! Easy walk for 70 year olds to the Campo, the Duomo and several great restaurants . Free parking on the edge of town. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped, and very comfortable!Guido and Eva were perfect hosts. They were so helpful, responsive and welcoming ! We definitely want to stay here again. As a bonus, we got to meet their beautiful baby boy! Could not ask for a better host! Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a great location. It’s an easy walk to the Campo. There is free parking nearby. The owner met us so that we could unload our luggage close to the apartment. He was very helpful. It was quite hot while we were in Siena and the air conditioning for the living room, second bedroom and kitchen was not very strong; however, there were ceiling fans, and other fans that helped a lot. The washing machine works well. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. Overall, I think it is a wonderful place to stay in Siena. I would definitely rent the apartment again.

Our stay at Guido and Evanne's apartment in Siena was perfect. The apartment is ideally located, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the Siena sights. It was modern and very spacious, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and the kitchen had plentiful supplies of basic provisions. The air conditioning was effective and easy to use. Wi-fi was great.Communication with Guido was easy, we received immediate responses to all our messages and requests.Both Evanne and Guido met us in a pre-arranged and very convenient spot when we arrived in Siena by car, and Guido helped us find free parking for the duration of our stay. With Evanne's help we moved into the apartment with no problems.Guido was able to recommend a guide to us, and we recommend his informative, curated tour of the city.Overall, a perfect place to stay and immerse yourself in the beautiful city of Siena. Waking up to the sound of the bells from Basilica Cateriniana nearby was wonderful. Perfect hosts, highly recommended.

Fantastic Siena stay

A wonderful location for a visit to Tuscany. The apartment is clean and spacious and a great location for walkability or public transportation. The hosts, Guido and Eva, are very kind and always available, very helpful with parking also. It was nice to have easy access to laundry. If we’re ever back I will plan to stay again!

An amazing time in Siena

Firstly, this apartment is stunning and right in the middle of Siena. Easy access to everything by in town by foot. Guido and Evanne are probably the best owners I have ever interacted with. They answered all questions, gave great advice, checked in to make sure everything was going well and they had a cute little newborn baby so that was great! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. But, be prepared for the bells!!! I had no idea they rang church bells for so long everyday of the week. There is no escape!

This apartment is really nice. It is clean and spacious and the hosts were wonderful. They greeted us at the apartment and showed us how everyworks.The location was wonderful- in old Siena near key sites and attractions and lots of restaurants. I highly recommend this home!!

Fantastic experience

Guido was the perfect host. He was very helpful, was at the property on arrival to show us around and provide advice. He provide advice on where to dine etc during our trip as well. Overall he couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was spotless and exactly as it was described. It was fully fitted out and was a pleasure to stay in.

Simply put - our best VRBO place and stay

This apartments and hosts exceeded our expectations and that is saying a lot since our expectations were high! Great communication, very friendly and accommodating. Check in was easy and effortless and the place was clean and immaculate and very comfortable. Location was also perfect - close to everything and only a minute or two walk to a bus stop.

Clean and spacious

Great location in Siena right inside city center. Convenient to drop off luggage and then park nearby. A few steps up (15-20 stairs) to unit, but definitely manageable. Showers a little small but water pressure and temperature good. Be prepared to navigate steep streets while exploring Siena. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding modern apartment in a great location.

This apartment was wonderful. It was modern, very clean and had plenty of hot water. Guido and Evanna could not have been more gracious and helpful from pre arrival communications, to our actual arrival and checking on us from time to time to make sure there was nothing we needed. On arrival, Guido actually took us to the “secret” free parking place which, despite our initial reservations, worked out great for our week long stay. Let’s just say we are over 65 and we were able to walk to all the major attractions from this location. The WIFI worked great for our entire stay. I would also note the beautiful floors throughout the apartment.

Beautiful flat in Siena!

We had wonderful stay in Guido's apartment in Siena. Guido and his partner were great hosts, communicative and helpful, and check-in was easy and stress free. The flat is completely renovated with up-to-date amenities (including washer and A/C), was spotless upon our arrival, and was nicely laid out for our family of four. The beds are very comfortable, and the two full bathrooms spacious and well designed. Together with the ample living space, the flat was a comfortable place to relax when we weren't out exploring (or eating). We are very familiar with Siena and its surroundings, and Guido's place is in an ideal location near San Domenico right at the edge of the historic center; an easy few minutes walk to the Piazza del Campo or Duomo, but not in the direct center of the crowded tourist areas, and convenient to parking or transportation outside of the restricted traffic area. Really just a great base from which to enjoy this amazing medieval city. We couldn't recommend Guido's place more highly - it's a beautiful space in a beautiful town.

Perfect!!!

We've stayed at plenty of places and cleanliness is at the top of my list and this place is spotless. Beautiful bathrooms! Not only is it clean, but the location is great! Short walks to most everything in Centro Storico and a great pizzeria (Le Scalette) around the corner with a small grocery store. Guido was very responsive and friendly! This is my 3rd time visiting Siena and when we return i have to stay here.

Perfect Apartment in Siena

Guido & Eva are excellent and gracious hosts. They went above and beyond, helping us with our arrival and departure details. Their apartment is modern, spotless, and very tastefully decorated, a gem right inside the old city, close to all the sights, restaurants, grocery store, nothing more than a few minutes walk. We loved staying here and are so happy we chose this apartment. We were 2 couples traveling together, and it was perfect.

Perfect stay in Sienna

Guido and Eva's place is perfect in every way.....clean, modern, comfortable, fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities, good WiFi, located on the edge of the old town and convenient to everything. Communication was stellar...prompt, many recommendations for restaurants and offers to book reservations, frequent check ins to see if we need anything. They met us upon arrival and helped us carry our luggage to the apartment and showed us a free parking lot nearby for our car. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Guido and Eva!

Your Modern, Convenient Siena Home

A lovely apartment, exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Convenient, with all you need to stay for a few days or a few weeks. Location is superb. Not only a 7 min walk to Il Campo and the center of things, but only 1 - 3 minutes' walk to a fine little bar, two pharmacies, a full grocery store, 2 gelaterias, a great pizza restaurant (next to the grocery), and a few minutes farther to the bus center - city and inter-city buses - at Piazza Gramsci / via Tozzi. The host, Guido, is a joy to communicate with. Amazingly prompt, complete responses to YOUR questions, plus additional info/suggestions of his own. Check-in and check-out were convenient, simple, and personal. Also, he has a friend who may be available as a driver during some of your stay. In all respects, a GREAT CHOICE!
