FIENILE (sleeps 10) this villa

Fienile, whose name means hay barn, is the newest unit at Borgo La Chiusa, it was totally restored in 2014, using top quality materials.
It develops over two floors, a surface of more than 200 square meters, private gated garden with views, sunshine and shade.
Accessed through a private gate, the barn boasts a grand entrance with a 3 meter arch and an elegant staircase.

Below sits a bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a wonderful open space kitchen/living/reading/dining room of 70 sq meters leading straight in to the garden.
A marvelous stone fireplace sits at the center of the living room.

On the first floor sit 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The marvelous original brick structure offers magnificent lighting and views over the rolling countryside.

The house is fully fitted and has floor heating/cooling system and air conditioning units in all the bedrooms.

Rules

The 50% remaining balance, the refundable damage deposit of 500 Euro and Stay Tax of 2 Euro per person per night are due in cash on arrival.
GPL consumption for the heating is charged on a meter at 5 Euro per m³, due in cash at the end of the stay (daily average consumption is 10 m³).
